Zerorez can get out almost any stain! I have used other carpet cleaning companies before and no one does the job that Zerorez does! The carpet cleaners are always professional and do a great job. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Nathan was my technician for my appointment this past Saturday. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He did a fabulous job cleaning the carpets in my entire home. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and equipment that you use.

Carpet seemed to dry quickly. Not a lot of moisture left behind.

The man we had out cleaning was nice. He seemed very professional. The carpet we had cleaned was Not super old but, it had some issues. He didn't try very hard to get it clean. I wished he'd had tried a little harder. I payed $80 and the carpet doesn't look much different.

The product dried fast, I also had my mattress cleaned, it was dry within 2 hours. The tech was awesome, polite, professional, very informative and my carpet looks wonderful!
I paid for the stain remover and I can still see some stains, not sure how that part works so not as happy as I thought. I guess per the radio station Jon jay I assumed all stains would be removed as per how highly he speaks of your company.

My carpet and tile looks great and feels so clean under my feet! I am very pleased with the service and the technician who came to do the work. He was very informative and seemed more like a manager who owns the business! He did a great job for me and I recommend him to come to anyone's home.

Everything. The service guy showed up earlier then excepted and the carpets came out great.
Technician arrived on time and listened to what I was concerned about. He did a great job and made me inspect his work... He was concerned that I do not slip on the wet borders in addition. He was polite and respectful and listened to my concerns. Would DEFINITELY use the services again as this is my 3 year in a row AND I, as a busy professional, can get Saturday appointments at those premiums times!!!
I have used this company first time the technician was wonderful very thorough and professional. Used you again in a different property he was done in less then 20 min . This time same home as when I used you first he was there maybe alittle over an hour and I think he spent more time on his phone then actually shampooing the carpet. . It came out ok just really disappointing so unprofessional.
My first experience was bad!
Everything was extra cost was $500 feel like it is false advertising that I constantly see on local media.
First visit in February was meant to have protector on carpet and paid extra for puppy urine from a visitors dog be removed on hallway upstairs.
Three months later the spots were back as bad as ever purely with walking on carpet no pets have been in my house since previous cleaning.
The young man we had yesterday was extremely thorough spent three hours cleaning the spots and I had him clean a rug for me too! If it had not been for his exceptional service I will have given you a 2!
Will see how long it takes for carpets to get dirty again but it is highly unlikely I will ever use your company again or recommend you to anyone.
We’ve used Zerorez two times so far and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Our carpets have always come out clean and looking new. We plan on using them to clean our tiles in the coming months.

I have never been disappointed in the cleaning and service I receive from Zerorez. The carpets are soft, clean and dry quickly: the service technicians have all been top notch!
