There were small puddles of water on the tile after cleaners left. Other than that, they did a great job and were very professional.
Very professional service man Jr. Zarate! Did a GREAT job on all our tiles, wall to wall carpet and area rugs!
Asked to clean leather sofa and 8x10 area rug. Wouldn’t move rug from under bed, would only clean edges. Sofa is leather all around, sides and back. Only cleaned seating, arm and back area. Didn’t clean sides of sofa or ottomans. Very over priced for service performed.
Reasonably priced , tile clean
The negative issue I have is.... I purposely waited for a date with an available" 8am -10am" window to schedule my carpets to be cleaned only to be called 4 days prior and told the tech would be coming 10am- 1pm. Only after I requested to speak to a manager was I accommodated. Not too crazy about the citrus scent, and my carpets didn't seem as soft after this cleaning compared to prior cleanings. Your tech Mike G., a good man, was prompt, polite, friendly, & accommodating. I actually only had 2 rooms of carpet cleaned, plus just the entry paths of 2 bedrooms. Next time I schedule a cleaning I will ask about the square footage of the 3 room package.

While the end result was not what I had hoped for with the bathroom shower tiles, I would consider using your services again. The technician was courteous and knew what he was doing; the tile is old.

Great job and very professional
I love the end results. I was told by a friend about ZeroRez and tried it for the first time. My carpets look great, no soaps or chemicals used and they are so clean! The young man who came was very friendly and easy to visit with. We are totally pleased!

Carpet I thought was stained forever came clean. The gentleman that came to my house were patient, kind and professional. Abel Valdez is a great employee. You should make sure he stays with your company a long time. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Our scheduled technician, Robert, was outstanding. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received today. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and did thorough work. Robert took pride in the work he did which is always appreciated by the customer. I will definitely recommend Zero Rez to others and be sure to use in the future.
I had my master bedroom carpet cleaned and a 3 set sofa.. I showed the technicians a spot that my dog lifts his leg at in the master bedroom.. It was very obvious where the spot was. Once they finished, I checked the master bedroom and the spot wasnt even touched. They said that this would be an additional $75... the room its self cost $50.. Really?! I was wanting the stain removed, nothing special. I declined an additional treatment for $75, thats ridiculous! Pulled out my $100 spot cleaning machine and had the stain removed in minutes..
I would recommend doing a walkthrough with your customers to make sure they are satisfied with the service prior to closing out the service and putting all of the machine/hoses away...
Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning our tile! It looks brand new and we are thrilled with the results!

Very good experience. Jeff was friendly and transparent. Appreciated his candor & professionalism. Only thing short of giving a 10 grade, is that my carpet has just dried, so perhaps having a couple days following service for survey may be best.
Our tech was very helpful and explained exactly what different services would do and made a good recommendation for our specific carpet. He gave us the exact price before starting, arrived early, finished quickly and was really nice. Overall very happy with the experience!
