It is free of chemicals and doesn't stink. My carpet's color is beautiful and it isn't crunchy. Notified and on time, professional and clean service technician who was helpful, informative and thorough. My tile looks terrific for a 25 year old floor. Lost a bit of grout but 2 of the 3 spots had been repaired in the past so not surprising.
It's not even close, Zerorez is so much better than the competitors. I'll never use another company.
