great job on my tile cleaning and the flexibility of adding services the same day
Not have the technicians come into home and leave black shoe marks on carpet. Even if I wasn’t positive I was going to commit to the cleaning, I would have had to have my carpet cleaned to get his shoe marks off the carpet. The technician walked all over my home leaving dirty shoe stains. Perhaps that was the way you are assured prospective clients will commit. Your techs should put on the shoe covers while they walking around performing their estimate, not just when cleaning is complete.
Great customer service from calling to make the appointment, reminder calls, and the associate that came to my home were all extremely friendly, kind, and professional. The quality of the work was impeccable!

I would just prefer the carpet to be dry sooner, especially in areas, like closets, that don't have ventilation.

Excellent carpet cleaning at a reasonable price
I just moved and the house has beige carpet - with one large obvious stain that I figured would not come out but I wanted the carpet clean as the previous owner had pets and I moved three pets into the house. The tech was very nice, checked for pet stains and found none, and cleaned the carpet. The next day it was obvious that there were large stains that had found their way to the surface. While I am okay with having the carpet clean, I feel that the amount I paid was excessive. To be honest, I have contacted a flooring company to have the carpet removed and replaced with some sort of wood or tile. And I do not believe Zerorez is any better than any other carpet cleaner I have used previously. To make it right, refund half of my payment.
Prompt service, excellent cleaning
Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. The gentleman was very informative and accommodating. The service man was friendly and punctual. I did not purchase any additional items but my carpet was thoroughly cleaned and dried fairly quickly. My grout looked almost brand new which was very impressive. The only reason I scored 9/10 was because I noticed the edges of the tiles closest to the walls were not clean. I assume the machine couldn’t reach so I cleaned those areas myself. Overall, my experience was great and I’d recommend Zerorez!

First, your personnel. It is super easy to set an appointment. My tech, Manuel, was here on time, fast efficient and the carpet is clean and feels great.
The stains are still on my carpet and the stairs are still dirty, I didn’t smell urine before but now I do the first thing when I wake up, I even paid extra for the stain treatment, I paid $299 and I’m very disappointed as I’ve paid half of this price before and they did a much better job. 99% of the stains were already here when I bought the house and I would just like to get rid of the stains. I can’t afford to replace the carpet at this time. I think it needs to be cleaned again, it only took minutes to clean all the areas, I would request another technician. Thanks,

I like it that you are prompt, kind to explain the cleaning process, your technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially there is no use of harmful or smelly chemicals. I was very satisfied.

The product cleaned the floor very well. The amount of time to only took one hour including two rugs that were not included in the initial estimate.
