The spots on our carpet now look twice the size and worse than they did before. I’m not sure how that happened but we even paid an extra $125 for additional “cleaning liquid”. We’re disappointed and won’t be using zero Rez again. I don’t know if cleaning them again would help. I’d appreciate some feedback please. Thank you

Asked for the special $111 for 3 rooms, after having you out 2 x within a year for a 4 lb dog pee area dog doesn’t live there visits house intermitently so not a major problem on previous 2 visits never said it was necessary to treat added $40 at one visit prior. This visit upsold my elderly parents from $111 to $430 the rooms are very small it’s a guest house!! I could replace the carpet at this rate!!! Will never use your service again! Used your service for years at my previous 5k square foot residence with 5 kids and NEVER paid that much! So disappointed!

Aaron was super nice and did a great job on my mom’s carpets. There were pet stains and he was able to remove them. Carpets look like new again!

Andrew, our tech, was the best ever - knowledgeable, focused and meticulously thorough throughout. He was very well organized and restored the carpet in every room to look almost like new! We were really impressed, so much so, that we delayed putting the furniture back on the floor for two days, just so we could admire the fresh new look. Our carpets have never looked better! The cleaning method is great. No excess water or squishy carpets. I had an area rug cleaned that is at least 9 years old and it looks literally brand new. Also a living room chair and ottoman which had stains is completely clean. Extremely satisfied with service!

Mike and ruben did an excellent job. Mike was very knowledgeable and addressed each spot i was concerned about! My problem room took around 3 hours to complete and they worked diligently to get all the spots out. They even got slime out of the carpet (impressed)!!!
