Your process is the best I've experienced for getting my carpets cleaned. However, I was frustrated with my 4-6pm arrival window on a Friday afternoon. I was the last call of the day on Friday, and the tech arrived at 5:30pm. I tried to change my arrival window from 4-6pm but was told it wasn't possible. What I learned was that the tech drove past my home for the calls before me. He had a call south of me, then a call north of me, then my home. That didn't make any sense to me.
Arriving at 5:30pm means the tech is working fast to get finished. I identified several spots that he missed and he did go over them and get them clean.
The service tech was very nice and timely. He treated the spots on the carpet and had ran the cleaner over some of the areas in our master and daughter's bedroom initially. I bent down to feel the carpets because I noticed that there were several areas that weren't wet nor appeared to have been covered. I shared it with my husband who felt that we needed to wait as he was just getting started and surely couldn't have done the both rooms yet- just spot treating.
When he finished, we had a couple visitors and I didn't get the chance to check it again right away. I also try to assume positive intent and figured he did clean both areas fully. Unfortunately, about 20 min after the tech left, I put on the blue booties, went into the master and daughter's room felt those same areas only to find they were still completely dry and did not have the appearance to have been cleaned at all. We've not used Zerorez before and was thinking there was a communication breakdown, maybe they were thinking we only wanted spots cleaned? I don't know, but with what we paid for this service, all areas should have been cleaned fully as expected. I guess it just left us disheartened and not sure whether we'd use this service again. On a positive note, he did get some difficult spots out of the carpet which we are appreciative of.
Great job getting our carpets clean, better job than the previous company we used. Technician was great to work with and allowed us to add another room.

Tech was professional and ahead of schedule. Loved how my couches turned out. The whole process was so quick with the spray cleaner and immediate vacuum with water , no time for cleaner to really soak/clean?, that My carpets and tile I wished would have looked brighter, and grout wasn't cleaned well with this process and ended up in lifting up small section of grout I need to repay now. Still I will use zeroex again.

Zerorez process does a great job of cleaning the carpet, it dries quickly and no residue. The service techs are on time, professional and friendly.
Very easy to make appt. Technician was early, but called to check if that was ok. Carpet had a few stains and they are gone. There was no strange odor and the carpet is soft and fluffy.

Decided to use Zerorez for a rental property and partial home residence, since previous carpet cleaning in the past just was not up to par for what was needing in this busy airbnb, vrbo rental home. Scheduling was easy and customer service was great with accommodating to MY schedule. They arrived with in the window they specified and also called 15 minutes prior to their arrival. The tech was friendly and professional. Everything was completed as they had originally specified. The carpets look great! Night and day difference, even in the high traffic areas. Credit / debit cards are able to be used in the field at end of service, very convenient. Receipt and invoice emailed immediately upon completion. Will definitely use again, and would highly recommend. Thank you for your hard work and keep up the great job.
