Excellence sevice
My carpet is crunchy. Not soft. Seems over processed. It’s very expensive newer carpet. Vacuuming hasn’t help. I’m aftaid you’ve ruined it. Lots of overspray on my wood floor. I’ve used you before for my home and clients b not sure o will again.
From start to finish, it was a very easy process from making the appointment to confirmation. The technician was an absolute professional and very knowledgeable. Best of all the carpets look great. Will definitely recomend your company. Thank you!

My area rug is still dirty. I can send you a picture if you like. I can only imagine that the rest of the carpets are just as dirty. They are brown so it would be hard to see but the same light rub...in and out cleaning was done to the carpet. Pobably needed more cleaning and rinsing.

For me I liked the way the rugs look and that it did not take long to dry. Will recomend your service I was pleased.

The communication was excellent.
My carpets got cleaned all the spots came out and there wasn't any residue left in the carpets. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful.
Booking online was easy and the prices were clearly stated. I received a call to narrow down the arrival window, as well as a 45 minute courtesy call when the technician was on his way. Austin, the technician, arrived on-time and was courteous and professional. He completed the work in a timely fashion and the carpets look great!

My stairs look almost brand new! They are very thorough and very friendly. I have never seen a light that can show how much actual dog pee was in my carpet from the previous owner! They are a little pricey but worth it!
The young man who cleaned my carpets and floor was very pleasant. He explained to me about the cleaning process and products he was going to use (with my approval) before he started the job. I especially liked how fast the carpets dryed.
I like the important reality that I do not smell any chemicals. I am sensitive to most cleaning agents.
