Service was good, I just thought some of the smaller stains would come out
Service was excellent, terrific results on my tile floor!
First I was very ehhhh about it then I was like we have to get the carpets cleaned and Zerorez was the cheapest in the valley and the the guy came started doing it and he was doing some voodoo magic on my dirty carpet when he was done it looked like we just got new carpet installed

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. Soon after scheduling, I received a confirmation. The morning I was scheduled, I received a call asking if it was possible to arrive early. Of course I said yes, and soon after Tanner arrived. He was efficient, thorough, and professional. I asked if an additional area rug could also be cleaned and he say, "Of course". My carpet and rug look brand new! Tanner even took a moment to befriend our Australian Shepard who is very protective of me.

You advertise that you don’t use chemicals but the small area of my carpet that i had done was hard and crunchie when it dried.
The job he did on my tile cleaning however was done very well!
Another note: when I got the estimate online it stated the the environmental fee was waived but I did get charged the $14 for that.

The service was professionally completed and my carpets look much cleaner.
It doesn't seem like stained areas were given any extra care as we are left with a large stained area in the living room and some smaller stains leading into the master bedroom. Perhaps the carpet is too old, but I was hoping it would look better as the place is going up for sale tomorrow.
I was a loyal customer of Chem Dry for years. I decided to give Zerorez a try and absolutely loved the result. My carpets are so clean and soft. The service technician was friendly and even told me that Zerorez technology/result was the best company he has ever worked for. I will be a returning customer.

I wish the technician would’ve been more opinionated about doing a pad treatment. 😂. I asked him what he thought and he didn’t really have an answer for that so I opted to not do it but just a couple hours after he left the bad smell came back so I’m assuming it’s in the pad. Otherwise, he was very nice, timely, and the carpet looks great.

I appreciate that the company sent another technician, Kyle, to inspect the carpets. He was very professional, and listened. I am very pleased with his work .. the carpeting looks so much better and he did an excellent job on the high traffic areas. Thank you for the follow through on this project and I’d recommend Kyle for sure.

Tanner was right on time, properly informed us of the limited success to be expected on the stained and worn areas of our carpet, but was able to clean it better than we expected. We were impressed with the quality of your product and process as well.

First worker damaged walls, skipped a couple spots on carpet, and did a very poor job on tile cleaning. When second worked came back, my wife got nothing but excuses on why the tile could not be cleaned. She called me amd told me, so I left work to come home and had to physically show the worker what I wanted done because all he did was give my excuses. Still, in one entire portion of my mater bath, the grout could not be cleaned, or he didnt try hard enough to clean it. Either way, I paid for it!! Your company does a sloppy job, and is extremely over priced. Never again zerorez.
