Great cleaning job. But i had to ask to move 2 chairs to clean under. I never had a company that went around furniture . I would have moved the chairs, but was i to put in middle of floor where he as cleaning? Sorry next time i will go with a company that will clean ENTIRE carpet
I liked it and the carpet looks like new again. the tile looks good too. My floors look clean again.
I wish it was disclosed on the appt site that if grout is colored it can't be cleaned by zero rezoning. So I booked the 3 room special and ended up having just one room cleaned and believe I was overcharged for that reason. The quality is great. I wish to be contacted regarding this.

I was unhappy that after my cleaning with ZeroRez there I had crunchy hard carpet. I also was inconvenienced to have another carpet cleaning which improved the situation but there was still a residue on carpet. My carpets felt dirtier AFTER my cleaning with ZeroRez than before. I have never had crunchy carpet or this problem in the past.
Professional, courteous. Job appears to be satisfactory, but a bit pricey.

Everyone was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed regarding our rug. The rug was perfect when we brought it home. All the spots we gone and it looked wonderful.

You sent a rep out to examine our tile flooring a week after your rep came and cleaned it. I was disappointed in the clean up job as some water spots were not properly cleaned up and what dried made a smear on the title. The thing with the grout not being cleaned very well; my husband went to Home Depot and bought grout deep clean. I cleaned 9 different areas where the grout was heavily darkened by dirt. It took two times with the grout cleaner and then I use baking soda and vinegar and some of the areas cleaned up okay and some till had some stain showing. I did not agree with the rep as he said a different color grout was used that caused the difference in coloration. We saw this house being built and visited it everyday till we moved in and there was no discoloration in the grout. It became darkened in the two years we have lived here. I asked about some type of refund. I wasn’t asking for a total refund just some adjustment to the cost. I am going to try using my piccolo hot water streamer to get the areas that I think were not cleaned well. My husband sealed the grout sometime after we moved in. I would not recommend your company for tile cleaning.
You got here promptly when you said you would and the work was done quickly and professionally by a very nice young man.

Used zero Rez in the past was very happy but this time just dident meet what I was expexting... tech seemed to be in a hurry and did a 1600 sq. Foot home title and carpet in under a hour title looks great but some simple carpet stains was still visible. Not trying to be a jerk here but just wasn’t as happy ($$$) as I once was
Over $700.00 on carpet cleaning to get pet odor removed and it smells worse than before. I wish I wouldn't have done it the first time and I really wish I wouldn't have been stupid enough to think a second time would help. Customer service was wonderful, very professional and friendly. Staff is great, product is not.

Quick to schedule, the tech took his time and did a thorough job, the carpets look great and aren't crunchy. Answered all our questions about the biological messes (dogs & cats). Price sure escalates from the radio ads, though.
