My custom rugs came out looking clean and beautiful. The best rug cleaning service we have ever had. Very responsive, professional office staff and a great technician, Trey, who came to our home and did an outstanding job. Will definetly use Zerorez again.
The person that showed up spent more than 1/2 the time on the phone and was in an out under 30 minutes. We have 4 rooms done
Junior did an amazing job with both discussing what he was doing and getting the job done quickly. Its very rare to find good customer service these days and he delivered 100%.
The cleaner did an outstanding job,, you all have done my carpets for many years and this one did it better than any of the other ones did in the past,, you all need to give him a raise.
How professional and fast the technician work
The technician that came was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the benefits of going through ZeroRez. He was friendly and did a very thorough job. I appreciate that harsh chemicals are not used that could attract dirt and build up.
I like that my carpet is not wet for several days after the cleaning. Also the carpet cleaners are very professional and friendly. Will continue to use your service.
The tile floor looks great. The technician was very friendly. I have an issue with pricing.
When I called I gave dimensions and was told that the fireplace dimensions would be subtracted from the sq ft of the room. I took that to mean that it would be calculated out exactly. My room is 255 sq ft wall to wall. The technician told me that the fireplace took up about 5 sq ft of space so the room was still at 250 sq ft, causing it to be charged as 2 rooms. He proceeded to tell me, "While we wait, do you have any dining room chairs you would like to have done? I'll do them for FREE AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER." So of course I had him do the chairs since he said they were FREE.
After he left I continued to wonder why I was charged for 2 rooms when the fireplace takes up 12.5 sq ft of space putting it well under 250 sq ft for the space they had to clean.
When I messaged with that info, I was called back and we discussed the matter further. The representative stated that there's no hard and fast rule on the measurements so they estimate and will price accordingly. If the room is just over 250 wall to wall but has furniture - like a fireplace - they will take that into account and just charge for 1 room. So she refunded the amount for the difference, only charging me for 1 room.
She proceeded to tell me that the technician cleaned 6 chairs at $10 each and told me she would charge me for the chairs because they were done as a courtesy for charging for two rooms. If the technician had said, I'll do your chairs to OFFSET the cost of charging for 2 rooms, that would be different. He said he would do them for FREE as a first time customer. So my "FREE" chair cleaning cost me $60. I think that's a little effed up and shady.
Again, the technician was great and I hold no grudge against him. I don't think he was trying to get one over on me. HIS customer service was great. My issue is that when I called,the numbers were all skewed so that I ended up paying for something that I was under the impression was going to be free - regardless of the cost of the room. You need to be clear how things are getting charged or not charged.
So yeah, I might suggest your business but not without a warning and my story of paying for something that I thought was free.
Dirty areas of the carpets could have been gone over more than once.
We were very pleased with the young man who cleaned our rug and couch...he was efficient, yet taking his time to create a clean and professional looking end product. He was also punctual in his arrival time (which is a rarity these days!). We would certainly recommend your company.

Zero Rez was easy to do business with from start to finish. The price was reasonable for the amount of work requested and the difficulty of heavily soiled aged carpets. Steve the technician was courteous, well informed and helpful to getting our job completed above satisfaction.
