we loved that the representative was very friendly, showed him what which rooms we wanted done and he even recommended an odor control for one of our rooms. We just bought our house and the room smelt bad like animal urine. I love walking into my house knowing that I have clean carpets and do not have to worry about our service dogs and the chemicals.
The room I had cleaned had the terrible odor of cat pee. We had it cleaned once by you and we were VERY disappointed with the results and the excuses given for the continued smell. However, when my husband called to tell you about it, you sent out Joe and Matt to reclean it and they were friendly and did a great job of getting the smell out. If it hadn't been for them, I would never have recommended your company to anyone or used you again myself. But after they came, had a great attitude and did a very good job, I've changed my mind. Thank you for addressing the problem.

No chemicals
#1 paid extra (a lot extra) to have pet urine cleaned from carpet. Yet, day after the cleaning when putting the blue light on the spots...they are still exactly the same.
#2 There is now rust on my carpet made by a chair that was placed back on the wet carpet. This chair was put there by the men cleaning.
#3 I was told that I would have a receipt emailed to me. I have as yet seen what amount I was finally charged because I have never received a receipt.

easily schedule service online, receive helpful appointment reminders, the technician was very friendly and thorough, and he made my carpet, although fairly old, look and smell really great, plus it was nearly dry at the end of the appointment. I definitely recommend this company.

Gets carpet really clean even in heavy traffic areas. Doesn't feel crunchy afterward.
Fast, easy, efficient, techs are very good, and also personable. I had an unfortunate nail polish spill on my family room throw rug, and they were able to remove 99+% of the stain. I only see it because I know it was there, just two very small dots!! I am very happy with the service, as usual.
