Your people were courteous and very efficient. We had to change our date, and there was not a single problem with us doing that. The technician was very willing to work with us and apparently did a great job. (we are still in Nevada - haven't seen it yet but our realtor has) All in all, a very pleasurable experience. Thanks to all.

Zerorez leaves our carpets and upholstery clean and fresh smelling with no residue. We could not be any happier with their service and products. The techs are always professional and friendly as well.

Your technician was very thorough. He worked hard and was more concerned about doing an excellent job than about how much time he was spending on the project. When only one person arrived to do my work I was concerned about the likelihood of a good outcome but as I watched the work being done I quickly realized your employee was very capable. Hat's off to you and your employee!

Your technician, Dillon, arrived on time and explained everything to us and figured up the amount we would owe for the rooms we wanted cleaned. Dillon did an excellent job and we will recommend our friends to use Zeroez.
