I paid $100.00 more than I was quoted on the phone

We specifically wanted our grout lines cleaned. Your tech used some "power water" and a special brush on a stick to show us a sample cleaning. It looked good.
However, when he brought the big scrubber machine in, it really cleaned the tile good but was very poor on the grout lines. We thought he would go over the grout lines with the brush but no.
He said it would look better after it dried completely. Saturday morning the grout lines were a hit and miss as far as being clean. We went to a industrial cleaning supply store and bought a similar brush like your tech had, made our own power water, vinegar and baking soda and re-scrubbed the grout lines our self. They are now clean. We should of done this to begin with and saved $150.00.

Fast drying and no bad odor

I am a repeat customer with Zerorez. My dog had an accident on my living room carpet and I wanted to get it cleaned as soon as possible. I couldn't get Zerorez the same day so I found someone else I had never used before. They did not get the spots completely out. I scheduled Zerorez for 3 days later. My carpet turned out great.
