First of all the technology is the best available! Beyond that is the employee who represent the company. I had an 8:00 am appointment scheduled for weeks and while the first technition arrived on time he spent an hour trying to get the correct water pressure. Then after one hour he stated that he had to take the van back to the shop an see if he could get it repaired. At about 10:30am the technition called and stated a different technition would call when he leave the job he was on and advise a time when the new tech would arrive. at 11:30 the replacement tech called and stated he would be to my location at approximatly 12:30pm. Our office was empty and I sat there for 4 and a half hours with nothing to do except wait. I was not a happy camper at the time Mark Miller arrived and he had not been informed of the situation by dispatch. Matt was caring and started work immediatly with his phone in one hand and the cleaning equipment in the other called his supervisor asking Flexiblity Discount. Matt never took a break until the job was complete. Matt's personality, attention to detail, and his work ethic is second to none.

Matt is my vote for employee of the year as he saved the day and made me a returning customer.

I am disappointed, my carpets only look 50 percent better in lots of areas, they still look like they need to be cleaned. I had expected all areas would look totally clean, and some areas still looked dirty after the cleaning, but I thought maybe once the carpet dried, those areas would look clean and match the rest of the carpet. But that didn't prove to be true, many areas still look dirty compared to the rest of the carpet. Disappointing.

Technician was 1.5 hours late. Had carpets, 6 chairs and 1 top of a chaise lounge cleaned. Carpets were OK. But the chaise top and chairs still have stains. Not happy.
