The service & amount of time it took were excellent. My carpets still felt a little crunchy, though, after the 2 days it took for them to completely dry. Not sure if it was the carpets, or what was used to clean them. But other than that I had a great experience & am happy knowing my carpets are clean for my family!

Our technician was polite, kept us in the loop of our situation in trying to get a very soiled carpet clean and sanitized. Although it cost us much more than expected we were pleased with the results. I was very please with his service. Thank YOu.

No chemicals are used on the carpets. I have a small child and she is at the age where she puts everything in her mouth.
I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals, your technicians spend time explaining everything, and your customer service seems very good.

The Zerorez cleaning did not live up to the hype advertised. I should have asked ahead of time, but I assumed that the cleaning process involved a agitating brush to truly dig up dirt and fibers. I was disappointed the Zerorez cleaning process was just spraying water/cleaner and sucking it back up. We were not impressed with the process of cleaning the stairs. which was just one spray and swipe with a hand tool. I did not expect perfect carpets, but for the price Zerorez was not a good value. We have two friends waiting to hear how our experience went, but unfortunately I do not feel I can in good faith recommend Zerorez to them.
One unrelated carpet cleaning disappointment was that the Zerorez van leaked oil on our driveway.
Positives: The technician was early, which was very appreciated. Also, Paul was very nice and professional.The technician was the only good part of the Zerorez experience.

Great customer service, good price, carpet looks like new.
Although the pet treatment is pricey, it worked wonders.
Carpet dried crunchy and hard
When the technician (who was very nice) left he showed me “2 spots” that he was unable to get up. Which I was fine with. However, there are many more than 2 spots. We spent $503 and I could’ve gotten the exact same result with the other less expensive companies I have used in the past.
