Service technician was very professional and thorough.
The technician (Kyle) was very personable and polite and overall did a good job in our home however, when he informed us about some possible staining in our tile grout he didn't follow that up with suggestions on how to remove them.
Although it didn't seem to distract him too much from his task at hand, he was continually texting while working and it seemed a bit unprofessional
No furniture was moved for the carpet cleaning, our assumption was that it would be due to our pre-appointment instructions to have items removed from the tops of the furniture, this could be our misunderstanding of the directions but it is the first time that a company didn't move furniture and clean the entire carpet.

The technicians were very good, would have appreciated a suggestion to use fans to help drying time...my carpets were still damp 12 hrs later.

The tech was pleasant and businesslike, and got to work after my tour through the house.
Because we needed to move the large area rug to the garage floor (it lays on a wood floor), the tech was very helpful and willing to accommodate my request
Meanwhile, the bedrooms we too damp to walk on for more than 24 hours. Where do we go, what do we do now that everything is too damp to walk on? I ran the ceiling fan and heater to help, but had to Tiptoe onto the bedroom carpets and jump into bed at bedtime, hoping the carpets would be dry by morning. Didn’t happen! Carpets have taken more that 24 hours to dry.
Not convenient, nor acceptable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Zerorez a 7, the carpets were clean, but took way too much time to dry. Either too much water was used or the time spent using the vacuum wasn’t efficient enough to pull out most of the water.
I like the people who do the job, and I like the job that they do.

I don't feel my carpets got cleaned. There's still a traffic path. Squirting a little steam on the carpet does not clean them. My Rug Doctor does a better job. For $116 I thought it would have been a better job.
I won't be using your services again. Very unhappy.

The service technician made sure the cleaning was done properly and took his time to make it right.
No sticky, crunchy, have to clean up after. Just put the furniture back!
The price! Rooms over a certain size increase the price but no deduction is given for smaller rooms.

My carpets look great, just like new. I like the fact Zerorez does not use soap or chemicals yet my carpets are clean, soft and no longer smell doggie.

Just loved the service guy he was awesome and explained things so well and did a great job!!
Our tech Andrew did a great job. He was personable, offered resolution for stains and very prompt. We have 3 dogs that can often be very overwhelming but Andrew was awesome with all three of them. The service was very well done and he was in and out of the house within an hour. The floors looks great. We also added the rugs and some sealant on the tile thanks to his recommendations. Terrific service!
Your service men are always very efficient and do an excellent job.
Expensive and prices have changed so I can no longer afford service for spot cleaning.
The techs are always very personable, and the cleaning services are the best. I've used several other services to clean our carpets in the past, but only Zerorez was able to permanently remove several spots that kept coming back after treatment.
