Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the results.
My apptointment arrival was between 8-10. I had to call customer service because they still hasn't arrived at 10. Turns out my appointment was moved to a delay and I wasn't notified. There was water left all over my floor. The technician got water on my real hardwood floors and my bathroom grout along the baseboard wasn't scrubbed clean. Honestly, even if zerorez fixes all the issues I will still never recommend them to someone else due to the bad experience and trouble caused.

The service was phenomenal! Eric was courteous, informative, and didn't push while explaining a need for more than I had originally ordered. Understanding the reasoning had me adding the deep clean for some areas and the entire house came out fantastically! I will definitely call Zerorez whenever I need my carpets done! It was by far an amazing experience!
Quality and quickness
The young man did. a good job, but am not happy about the fact that I was not issued a receipt after paying by credit card
I had to call in and request one and was unable to download the receipt the way it was sent, so I still do not have a receipt.
