Not having any chemicals to clean the carpet is very good. The carpet looks great and it never feels gritty crinkly because soap is not used. The people have been pleasant to work with. I have used Zerorez many times and I’ve been pleased with their work. I learned of Zerorez from a Radio announcer on KFYI. Thank you

The tech was really nice and professional. How ever for $200 after the floor dried it was crunchy and smells like pee in some areas. This was a house we just bought not sure about the carpet history but it didnt smell before.

I called a week in advance, couldn't get a schedule time until Friday.
Got an afternoon appointment, then they were late.
Zerorez called to let me know and offered a discount rate for being late, and the Tech wasn't told, so he had to call it in to verify.
Still tipped the guys for the work.

I've heard your ads for some time on the radio. I get you use special water, but you are pricey. I think you should not charge for hallways and closets when room sizes are far below the 250sf max. Otherwise service was great, Thomas was awesome.

You do a great job on the carpets . Most importantly you worked around my schedule. Sometimes service companies forget that their customers also work , so when I scheduled the appointment the lady taking my call was great fitting my needs into the appointment.
