There are spots that did not clean i understand the spots by oven but there is other places. Also he left foot prints all through my house it might be nice to clean ur way out or wear those hospital footy things

Our technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and left everything more clean than when he got there. The customer service reps were also a pleasure to speak to. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Price and quality
The carpets looked like they were just vacuumed. I could have done that myself and not paid $180. It wasn’t in bad shape to begin with but they don’t looked professionally cleaned at all. This is a rental home I’m getting ready to sell and I wanted the carpets to look professionally cleaned and that was not the result. Very disappointed in the service provided. I will not be recommending zerorez to anyone and will advise anyone from using the service. If you’d like to make it right, you can come back and do a better job. Was it not shampood the first time? Is that not part of the service? It looks just like it did prior to the cleaning.
Our rugs look very nice now that the dark spots are gone.
We paid $400 for 4 rooms (carpet cleaning) to be cleaned which included treatment for puppy urine and a protective coat. I specially asked the person who cleaned our carpets if it would remove the scent of the few puppy urine spots and he said YES. He also stated it would 4-8 to dry... 8 hours later our carpets were still very wet and we used the air, windows, ceiling fans, and floor fans. I called and the zerorez rep said a technician could come the following day but we were leaving for the holiday weekend. I called again once we returned home bc we could still smell puppy urine in the spots we knew our puppy had an accident... the rep I spoke to pretty much said oh if you want the scent to be removed it would be an additional charge bc our carpet was treated with a basic cleaner that doesn’t take the urine scent away. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! An additional charge on top of $400 and a second visit. What did we pay for the first time then??!!! - Are you stating you don’t use an effective cleaning method the first time??!! Bc that’s what I’m gathering. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced with any company and a complete rip off. We will tell anyone and everyone what a rip off your company is!
The tile and grout you cleaned is magically brighter. Very pleased with service and quality. I tell all my friends who ask. Thank you, Zerorez.

My Technician was excellent. I guess my expectations were high due to all the commercials I would hear saying how wonderful and clean your carpet gets. They did not come out as clean as I thought they would have due to the commercials. We don't have any pets and its only myself and my husband that live in the household, no children. Like I said the technician was very good and went back over a few areas, but as I said I just expected it to be more of a notice that they had been cleaned.
Easy to schedule, nice people, cleans great.
We had a two hour window and at 30 minutes past the window they called and told us it would be another hour. We sat around waiting for three hours. Couldn't you have given us call 30 minute before arrival call within the 2 hour window.

the carpet has an odor to it from being wet. It's only 2 to 3 years old, but smells older since it was wet. Maybe put something on it to get rid of the smell
Environmental safe not a bad odor in the house. After one hour all was clear. Service was great. Technician was great.

Techinicians always super nice & professional and they seem to use the best ingredients. Just wish I could tip a technician when they go above and beyond my expectations.

My carpets were still wet in some spots 48 hours later! Virtually all the carpet was wet for 24 hours. This did not happen the first time I used you! The carpets were "crunchy" when finally dry. I am extremely disappointed.

Fast and efficient
We still Had a few spots that we were told shouldn’t be an issue getting out. We completely remove everything from the room and the tech was here for maybe 30 minutes and completed three rooms. Overall the rooms were nice but I didn’t feel like we got what was advertised
