Everything was great but kind of felt like products were pushed on us. I feel like we didn’t need all the services provided and we spent a lot of money which was not planned.

Overall, things say if were good. But as a couple days have past some of the spots have returned. Just frustrating a little. For the most part the carpets look much better, just didn’t expect spots to return once the carpets fully dried.

We liked the idea of zero residue left on our floors with the process you use. Paul was very informative and thorough.

After getting our carpet cleaned, we really couldn’t tell a difference. The next day my husband vacuumed and I was very disappointed with the amount of dirt he picked up. This is after vacuuming the day before the carpets getting cleaned. Since having them done, each time we vacuum I am still not seeing a difference in how my carpet looks or the amount of dirt that I still pick up.

Your employees Abel and Antonio were very professional and hard working. They had wonderful attitudes and explained everything that they would do. We especially loved the "heavy duty" vacuum. It was great. We can't believe how clean our home now is. Everything is so fresh. We can't even see all of the indentations that were in the carpet before you came over. And all of the spots are gone. WOW! Zerorez really lived up to your name.
