Love how clean my carpet came out
We always ask for Tanner as our tech. We tell all our friends and family about him and now they’re asking for him. He has Awesome customer service skills. He does a great job and ensures that we are happy with the job he has done. We’ve used several other techs in the past and they have skipped over a process that we would have never know about if it weren’t for Tanner. I’m referring to the brush roller. That one process makes a huge difference and every other tech we have used have always skipped it. Not cool. Tanner rocks

The impowered water
I have a synthetic rug that has an unfortunate a pet stain underneath. The tech did an exemplementry job on the surface. However, he explained that, to clean the bottom side was $7/sq. ft. That was unfortunate. The rug still has full discoloration and smell underneath. I feel a spot treatment may have been beneficial. I have my doubts that ZeroRez did all that they could do with all of their proclaimed advanced technology.

I attempted to schedule an appointment online yet the tool wouldn't allow it. I tried it twice, and the information was provided, but it didn't allow me for a date/time/etc. that I ended up having to telephone in to make the appointment request.

Honestly, we had received sub par work a couple aummers ago and debated long and hard before having you come out again. And, it was a stroke of luck that we had Tanner come out last month to clean carpet and tile because he made both look new again. So much do that we insisted that only he could come back yesterday to clean the rest of our tile.
You have a truly dedicated and hard working man in Tanner. He actually uses your technology yet we could see he was putting some “elbow grease” and effort into the cleaning process which is why our floors look so much better than even two years ago right after the last pair quickly went through the motions.
Give your boy a raise or make him a trainer. (Or both.)

a square area was forgotten and when I called, you could not come out at a good time for me to have it done. Have cleaners walk through and double check their work.
Good job cleaning but very disappointed with the fact I could not use my free room coupon(due to unreadable fine print about minimum charges) and my suggestions to accommodate with either adding rug cleaning or furniture was denied. Either your marketing campaign needs to be improved or the technician was ready to go home and didn’t want to go the extra step to ensure my satisfaction. Perhaps you can research and let me know what the real issue is. Don’t use your marketing campaigns on me in the future.
