The carpet cleaning was great. We had the room with numerous pet stains cleaned & protected & it looks good.
I also bought the Empowered Cleaning solution & I'm thrilled with that. It cleans everything. I don't have to buy separate cleaners for bathrooms, stainless steel, cabinets. countertops, etc.
I appreciated the professional service that I received when I ordered the completed carpet and tile floors cleaned. The technician was easy to work with, understood the task and efficiently completed the project. Thank you having such nice people that work for Zerorez!
I love the process and how clean my carpets get with zero Rez. Only negative is that the last service tech was not as thorough and rushed through the job. Other techs much more thorough about each step and spot. Discussion of how to help. While he was nice, polite and on time - I also want thorough. Example check behind the room doors.

The service was excellent; the technician (Robert) was very polite. I think it's just a matter of personal preference...specifically, I would prefer less drying time....it definitely took longer than 8 hours.
I was disappointed that a couple of prominent spots could not be removed, but I don't blame Zerorez for that...... although I did have high hopes, given some of the reviews that I had read, but I probably waited too long to have the carpets cleaned.

Zerorez is my go to for carpet cleaning I love the way they clean my carpets without chemicals never crunchy carpet after and the stains or traffic areas don't re appear in a month. They do a great job.

I did not get a phone call 24-48 hours ahead for this last appointment. In the past, I always did.
My carpets seem a lot wetter after this last cleaning. Usually, they were almost completely dry the next day. I had them cleaned this past Monday and the steps especially are still wet. I am running a fan on them to help them dry.

The Tech was professional and thorough. Did a good job, and talked about why my
carpet had gotten dirty so soon after having it cleaned by another company. He cleaned
the spatters from the tile surrounding the area rug he cleaned. Very neat.
Stains were not removed, we removed them ourselves later with Resolve.
Great customer service from the appointment setup to the technician that actually cleaned our carpets and tile. Very informative on the process and procedures. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!
