Zero Rez was easy to do business with from start to finish. The price was reasonable for the amount of work requested and the difficulty of heavily soiled aged carpets. Steve the technician was courteous, well informed and helpful to getting our job completed above satisfaction.

What was discussed on the initial phone call is exactly what was done as well as the price quoted on the phone was the same once completed - to the penny. The guy arrived on time and was done in a decent amount of time and we didn’t even need to repeat everything discussed over the phone - he knew what was asked for on the phone and for the price and got straight to it. Carpet feels soft and fresh with 0 crunch and 0 odor. The protection worked great too because the very next day our wonderful cat vomited on it and the mess picked up without leaving a stain. We will definitely recommend and keep on our contact list!

I enjoyed having Amy do my carpets this year as she was very nice and really seemed to care about cleaning the carpets well. This was the first time I had a woman clean the carpets and I just felt safer with a woman doing them and felt she cared more about doing a good job.
Carpet always looks amazing when cleaned. Technicians are always friendly & professional. Carpets dry so quickly we can put furniture back in the room in about 5 hours.
The cost for the size of the area was a bit to high. But I had it done because I needed it done.

The service could have moved a simple shopping bag to clean a corner of the room
Under it was a dog stain. It would have been nice if he had rmoved it as he did a
chair that was also forgotten by us.
