The technician was very pleasant and did a good job. He did not mop up the tile that was up against the carpet which left water spots in the tile. This has been done in the past. We like your service and you have been the only ones to clean our carpets. We had our tile cleaned by you once and was not a good experience.

For 1.5 hours the tech did an amazing job and I give him at least a 10. For the last 30 min, I rate it as a 3 as in my opinion he was rushing to get out and the job results were not comparable to the first 1.5 hours.
The last 2 bedrooms were rushed. When vacuuming, these 2 rooms were not a clean and as easy to vacuum as the rest of the rooms. The application of the treatment was rushed as well. From observation, I am not sure if the complete rug surface got the protection as the speed and consistency of the application was so irregular.
Had the last half hour been the same as the first 1.5 I would have given an 11 rating.
Not sure why the disappointing change in service.

I know that I didn’t but any extra stain removal services but going over the carpet one time with the wand where you can see it’s heavily soiled is not going to get out much. I could’ve paid less somewhere else and received the same service. You came highly recommended and I was disappointed

Was expecting a more even cleaning of our Berber. I’ll took more than 24 hours to dry and had some streaking. Still, a good job overall and the Tech Dillion was great. So, I’ll try ZeroRez again and will recommend with slight reservation.

Amazing, honest service. Carpet looked cleaner than it did with any other company, and was softer. There was no pitch to sell extra services if they weren't needed. The gentleman cleaned thw carpet first to see if stains would come out he seemed positive they would, unlike other companys who try and sell extra stain removers before they even try to clean carpet.

I have 20 year old carpet and don't have high expectations, but we are now on Day 4 from cleaning and it still looks good, Some of the spots that come back quickly haven't returned yet. I'm happy.
