Eric was great and did a good job. He had put in a long day and was an hour past the scheduled window due to his previous job putting him behind schedule, but Zerorez discounted the price for the inconvenience. I am pleased with the results.

Fantastic service, professionalism, and results;-) We have to lab's that are frequently testing the carpet with dirty feet, hair, and oily skin etc. Our white carpet is white again, thanks Zerores, you passed the lab test again!

Emiliano's thorough performance &knowledge. My carpet looks amazing. High traffic spots will never be perfect, even those areas are great, thx to the extra tlc that the tech provided. Pet stained areas were also specially treated. So happy!
Come up with a fragrance or a deorderizing chemical. I understand the concept of no chemicals or soaps left behind but something to freshen the home would be great.
We have no pets but the people in the home before us did. So some of those odors still remain that unless we replaced the carpets.
Let new customers know if there are any specials going on or if they need any extra products at the time of carpet cleaning.

My carpet looks great and Jennifer did a great job and was very professional .
The prices is pretty high campared to others. I chose zerorez because we were convinced from what we'd heard on the radio and such that you were the best. After it's all done, I don't know that feeling was reinforced. I'm not saying I can even put my finger on what I would change from a service standpoint, it's just more about the price for the service. The rep we had was great! He deserves more than a 7. But the e-mail didn't ask how he did, it was if we would recommend to others.
