I'm a repeat customer because of the attention to detail and importance your company puts on customer satisfaction. Although this last scheduled appointment started off a little bumpy. There was some mix up with the address and what technician was scheduled for the appointment. The person at the office appeared to go above and beyond to still get a crew to my home within the scheduled window. The team that did the work were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they did.

I was very pleased with the work that Aaron did. My sofa was clean and smells fresh. The rug he sprayed with an odor reducer was not as fresh smelling. It's better but does still have an odor.
Cleaned up spots easily and dried in 24 hours. Nice Technician.

Carpet still smells horrible
I think the young man did the best he could. We feel that the outcome was more so because we have a cheap carpet. It (the carpet) may be less than five years old but it shows a lot of wear and tear from where the carpet transitions to other flooring. He was on time, I was called before he came, and he was very professional. I especially appreciated the fact that he didn't try to "upgrade the sale" by trying to sell me additional services. Though your quote was higher then most of your competitors, I do believe that you get what you pay for and I would refer your services to my friends if they ask.
Technician arrived on time, worked VERY hard and did a FANTASTIC job! My 4 rugs and furniture look great. Best of all, nothing smells like chemicals.
I like not having soap being used that does remain in carpet. I have been very happy with Joel and his work ethic.
