They did a very thorough job cleaning my carpet. They were very friendly.
Service was great, except now I have a massive stain that has been expressed in my family room.
As a first time customer, I was intrigued by the simplicity of the products used ... and very pleased by the care the technician gave in protecting each doorway and hall as he proceeded from room to room as well as the furnishings in each room. Any questions I had were politely answered with eye to eye contact. Even the air smelled fresher when the job was done.
The special attention to the stain removal.

The staff is extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I love how clean the carpets get with your products and the fact that the stains don’t resurface. No chemicals is a plus!

The nasty/old looking carpet in our rental was not good at all, you made it look a lot better!!
The team was late and we had to call for an update. The customer should have been notified first.
Also, the team should be wearing booties. Walking on carpet that is wet with dirty shoes from outside is not my idea of clean.
The technician was fine and my carpets are clean. However, there was quite a bit of water on the tile floors, the smell from the machine was terrible when they brought it in the house and the smell after the carpet was done was terrible.
