The service technicians were very professional and courteous. Arrival time was right on. They reviewed the estimate that I was given over the phone, and there were no hidden charges. They always wore booties over their shoes the whole time they were in the house. My carpet looks 100% better than it did before the cleaning! This is the 3rd time Zerorez had cleaned my carpets and I highly recommend them!

Friendly, capable technicians, who explain what they are doing and how much it will cost. Most important I feel that my carpet and tile always look great when they are done!
