Was very impressed with the young man that cleaned our carpets and unfortunately cannot remember his name. He was very knowledgeable about the different materials in our area rugs and most satisfactorily answered questions we had before he started. Hard worker and should be a keeper for the company.

Better valued pricing ....my budget was $300 and I spent north of $500. First time ever for this house that we've owned for 7 years.

the results were impressive...but

I like that no soap is used, carpets stay cleaner longer and they dry fast! I also like the gadget that "rakes" your carpets to get dog hair out and "rejuvenate" high traffic areas.

My carpet looks as good as it did when it was installed. There was a spot that I have tried everything on and I could not get it out. Now it's gone! Great service, too. On time and very professional.

I like how easy it is to set up an appointment. I like that there isn’t sticky soap that leaves a smell or residue.

They came back out to the house to redo a couple areas that I wasn’t satisfied with an went back over them to my satisfaction. Very happy with them now.

The carpet at the end look like it needed to be vacuumed immediately. There were marks of where the wetness was and it wasn’t smooth. It look like it had to be combed out.

No Chemicals. Very clean!
