We found your company to be top notch! The scheduling of our appointment went smoothly from the initial phone call, followed by the two day confirmation call, to notifying us 15 minuteS before the tech was to arrive. Our two area rugs and three chairs look great. Matt, our technician, was prompt, honest and, explained the cleaning process. He did an outstanding job and we would HIGHLY recommend MATT AND ZEROREZ.

The product and service was great; however, I scheduled my appointment in December for the 15th of January and was told that if a special price was offered in January I would be given the reduced price. The price in January was reduced to $119 for 3 rooms and I was not given that price.
Your company is very flexible since I had to reschedule a couple of times.

I like the fact that your company uses no chemicals, also. The protectant is nice, also.
I was happy with the customer service but not the pricing. I was charged more for one area rug than another same size one just because of the material but the same products were used to clean both. It was left unclear why one was more other than because it was a specific material. I would have understood if a different cleaning method or product was used to clean the more expensive one but there was no difference to the cleaning technique.
I see zero difference! I am very upset that I wasted close to $600 on this.
I could have purchase a cheap replacement couch for what I paid for this.
However, the guy that came out was very nice and professional.
The carpets look great. The agent was very courteous and friendly.
Your technician was great! He went above and beyond however the fact that I waited 2 weeks for my appt just to find out you aren’t able to clean sealed porcelain tile floors was a little frustrating. He cleaned one room before realizing they were sealed and then recommended not moving forward since it wasn’t making much of a difference. I paid $150 for a service that did nothing You should probably ask people during the phone process if this is going to be an issue.

I will have you back for tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning BECAUSE of him. Great guy with an excellent attitude and a killer work ethic. You have a new regular customer and you have Travis to thank for it.
My grout looks great. The gentleman that cleaned them was prompt, professional and courteous. But you need credit card scanners. I was very uneasy (and still am) about someone taking a picture of my credit card.

My carpets look amazing, they had stains that had come up out of no where and we had a dark stain from coffee that is now gone. My technician was was amazing and answered all of my questions.
Took only 20 minutes to do a living room, dining room and office. Slam bam thank you mam now that wil be $133. The 2 or 3 stains/spots we had are still there. It could have been water coming out of the machine for all we know. Our carpet doesn’t really look that much different from before you came. Wanted to charge us $99 for 2 area rugs - no way! Didn’t offer any furniture cushions for under the legs of the chairs like other companies have in the past. Just not very happy with the results. Two days later I had some one ask me how the carpet cleaning went and if I use them again. My answer was no and my reasons why.
