Fast courteous and friendly service.
I love how courteous the service guy was he answered all my questions and explained everything. I especially love how clean and soft my carpets are! Next time I have to get my carpets cleaned, deffinelty going to zerorez!!

I feel the service is a little overpriced and my carpets are crunchy is many places.
Also, one of your employees seriously burned himself with hot water at your van. The other employee barely even reacted and finished his phone call before calling his boss for guidance. The guy burned the skin off of his thigh, what kind of guidance did he need? Are your employees not trained to handle work accidents?
The guy was in so much pain, and there was no way to use your van without putting all of the equipment away, so I drove him to urgent care.
Very efficient and polite person who cleaned the carpeting. Neighbor asked if my sister had gotten new carpeting!! Looked really good when finished!
Price... $129.00 for a 14x15 living room 3x6 hallway and around the king size bed that takes less than hour and use my water is ridiculus. You pay the tech $20 (and we always tip the guy) and the company makes $109 for less than hour. All living room furniture was moved. Bedroom area was less than 20 square feet, hall 18 square feet.the tech is great,process is great but I'd to afford you twice a year but can't... And worse yet... Won't. Thank you

It was too expensive!! The work was good and yes it smelled nice after the cleaning but $40 extra per room was too high.
I was very pleased with the Zerorez carpet cleaning we had last Wednesday. Quick and efficient with excellent results.
Fantastic service! Your technician Kevin was the picture of professional - timely, attentive and skillful. Zerorez is now our go to company for carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning.
Over 24 hours later, it's still wet, crunchy and with worse stains than before. For the "massive " cleaning my carpets needed, he was in and out of here in less than 2 hours. For $714, he just dumped enzymes on the stains and made them worse. I don't ever want to see this tech again.
After my carpet dried there was still a spot and smell in one area. I called to ask if someone could come out to clean it one more time. The customer service rep and the manager told me over the phone that it would be an additional $150 to come back out. I paid $200 to have 3 rooms cleaned, which included additional treatment on my carpets for spots from our puppy. I’m disappointed that the only solution offered to finish this job and actually clean my carpet was to charge me more.
I had been happy with the quality and service I’ve received from Zerorez in the past. I clean my carpets annually. I also talked with my tech yesterday about cleaning our tile, with a plan to schedule that in the near future.
With the lack of service and solutions offered from your customer service department, I will find another company.
