Great service and clean carpets

Very clean carpet. Looks like brand new but it's 7 years old.

What you advertise is completely true. I love my carpet and the fact no chemicals, soap, etc. It is soft when you walk on it. Very professional service. Will be doing it again next year.

This was my first experience using Zerorez. I was pleasantly surprised; my carpet was clean beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to call them again. My Zerorez technician Todd, was knowledgeable, courteous and right on time. The company credibility is rated a 10 in my book.

My light beige carpet was really dirty with brown stains where we tromp in from the garage and head down the hall. I also had misused the Bissell Carpet Cleaner I have used for years, so there was residue from the cleaning I had tried to do. Tanner came from ZeroRez - called to ask if he could come early - amazing! He did a great job and the price was lower than many of the other name-brand carpet cleaners I have had in the past! Will definitely call this company again!

We had to have her carpets cleaned 2 times. The first time the guy who came out did a terrible job. Because I did a survey I got a phone call from Patty and she discovered how upset I was about it, and sent Trey out to clean again the following day. He did a really good job and I'm very happy with the outcome. But the fact that they had to come out twice to get the job done was a little upsetting.

Carpet cleaning process does not use harsh chemicals and the carpets hold up well between cleanings and track less dirt.

Scheduling was easy (web), phone follow-up friendly & efficient. The service tech (Matt) was prompt, professional, friendly & neat. There were two things that kept my rating this higher:
1). Cost. It’s expensive. A $119 3-room special turned into nearly $300, with a small house. I’d suggest offering a better special when things are slow.
2) topical treatment was offered, for even more money. Applying it appears would have voided the Shaw 10 year warranty.
