I was very happy with the service I received. I didn't know alot about the product but Matt, who completed the service, was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use the product on what services and gave a very informative explanation. I had my wool rugs and sofa cleaned and they looked completely refreshed and no residue left behind. The rugs look like new again . Matt was very professional, friendly, and I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing and how the product works. I would gladly give a recommendation to friends and family to use Zerorez. The technician was very helpful and informative. The process went very quickly and I didn't feel like we had any type of chemical smell afterwards, which we appreciate since we have allergy and sinus problems.
The personnel I worked with were professional and easy to work with. Explained all the things i had questions about and more. Josh was my technician and did very good job.
It appears that the product works really well. Our area rug was really quite dirty and stained. My wife was extremely surprised as to how bright the colors were.

Carpet is clean, but soaked. Couldn’t put furniture back for 24 hours in most areas, 36 hours in the two most soiled walkway areas.
Our carpets looked incredible! We had 2 stains I had settled in myself that would probably not come out buy I was surprisingly wrong. Also, the clean smell wasn't hindered or covered up with a deodorizer.

My carpets were really soaked. Humidity in house went up to 60% and surface not dry until next morning. Did the service guy use too much water?

We have used Zero Rez before and had a different experience than the first time. The first time we had excellent customer service and the technician was very enthusiastic and thorough. This time, the carpet does look good and overall the technician did a nice job. It just wasn’t the same customer service that we remember from the first time.
