Took well over 8 hours to dry; closer to 20. Have 2 spots that are being addressed with a zero Rez tech returning for validation & recommendation. Won’t comment any more untill I’ve a technician look & explain what can be done.
The tech was very professional and took the time to tell us what he was doing and took his time cleaning to make sure they were as clean as possible.

The carpet cleaning occurred around noon time, then we left our house to go back to work. We returned home around 7:00 p.m. and the odor cleaning product was heavy through-out our home sooo...we opened all the windows and doors to air out our house.
Magically, all the smell was gone this morning.
We are very pleased with the service, the representative, the total charge, and the product used to clean the carpet. Yes, the carpet fabric is not stiff like other carpet cleaning companies we have used. And the representative was very timely and efficient and professional!

Carpet still smells like pet urine. Tech said he only found two parts that have a bio area that are a quarter in size and he did not recommend any pet treatment. If I only have two quarter size areas why does my carpet in more than five area of my carpet still smell like pet urine? I do not believe the cleaning was done correctly.

You have an excellent reputation, and now I agree with it. Your staff showed up on time, he was professional, helpful, efficient and fast. My carpet looks great! I work at home, and Zerorez barely interrupted my day.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue. This is my first time using your service and I actually want to wait for a couple of months before making a final decision as to how much I am pleased because I want to see how long the carpet stays clean. We have always had our apartment/cheap carpeting cleaned by the service hired by the apartment complex. They are very speedy and it always looks better when they are finished, however the carpets always get dirty very quickly which I think is the residue left by their system. I don't mind paying the extra money for your service but like I said, check back with me in 2 months and I will let you know my final decision.
First thing they did upon entering the home was ask if I owned a dog then tried hitting me up for $40.00 extra EACH room (I was having 5 rooms done) for pet stains. Be up front and honest during the initial introductory phone call if your basic product doesn't take care of these such things. I did ask the question to the women on the phone.

The service call was perfect. Showed up about 10 minutes early, did a great job on floors and carpet and left by 6:30pm. Was painless!!! Robert Holt did an amazing job.

I heard so many good things about Zerorez that I guess I expected more. I really didn't see a big difference from when I did it myself. I still had a lot of stains, some I was even able to scrub out once the tech left and I saw them starting to come back out. They went away after I got down on my hands and knee and scrub them little.
My Tech was really nice and I sat outside while he worked, it looked good at first. He did show me a few areas that the stains wouldn't come out, I appreciated that and kind of knew ahead of time that they probable wouldn't, but they were very small.
We did have a lot of pet pee spots, a new dog in the house. The last time I had Zerorez come out, they pretreated them and they came out, this time not so much. I mentioned this issue when booking my appointment. Our tech did mention that we could have the areas treated if it smelled, for an additional $40 a room. I had already spent $400! I don't want them to come back now, after the fact is a lot of work...I should have done it then, not wait to see. I needed to put my furniture back. The carpet was also a little stiff, which I heard didn't happen when you used Zerorez. So was a little disappointed, all carpet cleaning services seem to be pretty much the same. I would tell the next person to just use whoever gives you the best deal. It sounds so negative writing this, I really just wanted to give you my true view of my experience. Thank you.

I wanted a non-chemical, "green" clean, which the floors were.
Big suggestion for you: 1) warn customers that the grout sealant isn't green (people, like me, that have chemical allergies can have a lot of trouble with the fumes from the sealant) and 2) look for a green sealant so every stage of your service can be advertised as safe.
I would request Trey again, if we use you in the future.
