The technicians are always courteuous and keep our floors clean as they come in and out. Their attention to detail is amazing, We have lots of dogs and they have accidents, when Zerorez comes, it smells like no dog has ever been in the room. The carpets are always soft, not stiff like other companies we have used. I also like the 2 hour window is always accurate. Way to go Zerorez!!

I know that the technician said we may still see a spot after the cleaning but I have a hard time believing that if the spot(s) (dog urine) would have been focused on for a few more minutes the spot(s) would be less visible. We have had our dog 7 years and NEVER had an accident until this last time we went out of town. We didn't smell anything when we arrived home but noticed a few accidents up in our loft. We called you guys the next day...it was less than a week from the time the accident happened to the time the carpet was cleaned. I grew up with dogs that did have accidents, the carpets were cleaned and remedied. I was very impressed with the drying time. Also, if you really think $50.00 per spot extra is fair to "spot" treat an accident you are absolutely crazy! The technician estimated an extra $300.00 for our carpet that is one year old, and still he said there were no guarantees it would look better. I feel as if the "salesman/technician" was just covering himself if the spots weren't gone. Our loft a bedrooom and hallway were done in 10 minutes. Again, I have owned homes for 22 years, had my carpets cleaned many many many times and I've never had a cleaning so fast (especially when there were spots to be serviced). Anyway, I have never written a poor review but I am definitely NOT satisfied. It was the fasted $118.00 I've ever paid out with no satisfaction. I wanted to love you guys from what I had heard on the radi0. ;(

That they are natural/organic
I was amazed on how clean my floors got after never been cleaned before. The only thing that I would recommend is that they spend a little more time around the doors, we noticed that there are some areas around doors and fireplace that did not get done.

The process ie scheduling, explanations prior to my job was informative. Jeff, did an excellent job...very precise, exact during his activity on site. I'd highly recommend this company to my friends, associates if they want to have their carpets cleaned.

Technician was fantastic and carpet overall looks better. I was expecting the stains (on a 10 point scale were maybe a 3, barely visible) would be less recognizable. It may be that I just know where they were so I can still see them. So overall an 8

Very friendly customer service. No hassle scheduling. Technician was able to come earlier than scheduled window of time, and was very friendly, informative, and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!
