Hi - at the last minute I added a couch cushion to the cleaning. It had a small stain from my cleaning a cat hairball with mild soap and water. The small stain is gone but the fabric is much lighter in the area and the cushion now has a large water stain along an edge that was not stained prior.

If someone could take a look I would appreciate it. We could not see the new stain until the cushion had dried the next morning.

I have a few areas that did not get done well.

Knowing the carpets are truly fresh and clean, without any sticky residue to get dirty again...the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable and they don’t pressure you for add on’s...got me in same day too!!

Scheduling appt is always easy and reps are very professional. Prices are very reasonable and technicians are professional.

We were delighted with how clean the AZ room, bedroom and most of the front room carpet. The edge of our front room carpet going on to the vinyl still looks black and dirty.

The carpet was cleaner than I thought it would be due to the dirty traffic area.

Technician was nice and helpful.

The tech was great and did a good job. Just disappointed that some furniture wasn't moved unless I moved it in advance. I've always used Stanley steamer and if it's moveable without too much trouble they move it. End tables, recliners etc. I understand not moving big heavy desks and beds etc but smaller stuff I thought would've been moved

Easy to schedule, always on time and great service.

Prompt, efficient, thorough, Matt was super!

I don’t believe the cleaning did anything at all for my floor. I don’t want to say it’s the guys fault who did the work but it honestly looks the same as before. The grout is brown, grey, white and black still. I assumed that the grout would be scrubbed with a brush but that wasn’t done. I honestly would just like a refund. The floor looks exactly the same as before.

The carpet looks cleaner than after any other company has cleaned it. Your employee (Chris) told us what to expect and asked if we had any questions. He said that in the unlikely event that an area wasn’t cleaned to our expectations, he would come back and clean that area again.
