The technician we had did the most amazing job cleaning our carpets. We had so many "stains" in the carpet I never thought the makeup from my teenage daughters or the pet urine marks would ever come out. When he was finished our 12 year old carpets looked almost brand new. It was remarkable how clean he got the carpets.
I have spoken to the manager and fixed things up so I feel better about the situation. I don't know that I would recommend it to someone else anymore. I had previously spoken with many and recommended your service.

My carpet has never been or looked this clean
The cleaners were to clean two areas that had stains. The first one was in an upstairs bedroom. The did not get it completely out. When Chem-Dry cleans the carpet they are able to get it completely out. It comes back, cut initially the carpet is clean. Your process did not completely get the stain out. The second area was from where a burgundy candle had spilled onto the carpet. The cleaner told me he may not be able to get it out before he started. He made no improvement to the stain. Prior to him cleaning the carpet I was able to get small amounts out with an over the counter carpet cleaner. Now, the stain seems to be permanently set as I can't get any more of it to come out.
The last issue we had was when we asked for a quote for cleaning our tile. The cleaner just gave us a verbal estimate for each room. We had to write down the square footage and cost. Not a very professional way to provide a quote. I hear your commercials all the time on the radio and thought I would give you a try. Not happy at all with the service we were provided.

I had an excellent experience with Zerorez cleaning my carpets. Technicians were honest about what I needed and did not try to up sell me on what was right for me and my home. I was so pleased with the job and the price that I wanted to buy the Technicians lunch and they could not accept gratuities. Your Technicians were professional and an asset to your company.
