The tech was really nice and professional. How ever for $200 after the floor dried it was crunchy and smells like pee in some areas. This was a house we just bought not sure about the carpet history but it didnt smell before.
No chemicals, nice staff
On time, professional, personable, explained process and timely, mindful of caring for home - well done

Excellent service
Yes I am very happy with the service that we received and the tech Joseph was excellent! He explained the whole process and left out carpets in great condition and nice and bright. I would recommend zerorez to everyone i come in contact with.Thank you so much, First name removed
No mess, dried fast, cleaned very well.
I called a week in advance, couldn't get a schedule time until Friday.
Got an afternoon appointment, then they were late.
Zerorez called to let me know and offered a discount rate for being late, and the Tech wasn't told, so he had to call it in to verify.
Still tipped the guys for the work.
Scheduling needs work.
I've heard your ads for some time on the radio. I get you use special water, but you are pricey. I think you should not charge for hallways and closets when room sizes are far below the 250sf max. Otherwise service was great, Thomas was awesome.
Great customer service
There is no smell or residue, and it dries quickly.

My carpet looks ten years younger since being cleaned by Zerorez.
The guy that cleaned our home was prompt, clean, polite and worked quickly.
Our carpets were cleaned two weeks ago and I waited to give feedback until the carpets were completely dry. Two stains resurfaced and they promptly returned to address them.
I am very satisfied with the look and feel of the carpets. The high traffic areas look very good and the rest of the carpet feels like new again.
Love the way the rugs look after the cleaning, Great product and service.
