Carpets are clean and feel great
Chris was very through and explained what he did. I have older carpet and wasn't expecting it to turn out as good as it did. he really took the extra time to get everything out and make it look the best he could. Great job and I would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone looking for this service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. On time, they call to let you know exactly what time they will be there. My carpets dry fast, and there is no residue after they are cleaned. Zerorez is the only company I will use to clean my carpets. Thank you Zerorez.
The first technician did an absolutely horrible job. Every room was only moderately improved, one closet was missed despite explicit instructions, and all of the carpet was crunchy. Even the second technician that was sent out acknowledged that virtually every room was rushed. The second technician, Chris, had to redo the entire house. That said, Chris did a fantastic job. He made every room in the house look exactly how I was hoping.

I've had my rugs cleaned for 50 plus years and I have never had them so wet when the agent was finished. Cleaned well but that is the only good part. Will not be recommending this type of cleaning to any friends.

The reps were very thorough. Carpet looks great, almost as new. The process is really quite interesting and the fact that there are several layers to the process (pre-treat entire carpeted area in the house, brush to pull up the dirt, clean and rake) is very impressive.
