A lemon size blue stain was left after the carpets were cleaned that was not there before the cleaning began. I tried to spot clean it but it is still there. Very disappointing.
The tech came in smelling like smoke with a lackluster attitude. He really did not want to work very hard. He told me that if I didn’t like the result he would just leave after the first room. It did not instil confidence. Then to find the stain the next morning topped it off.
Te carpet was quite dirty and it turned out looking very refreshed and clean. Paul was very accommodating and supportive of our needs.

We've tried multiple carpet cleaners and have never been very happy with the results. The technician was very thorough and helpful. We are so happy with results from zerorez. We will definitely be using them again.

He did not stop until all my carpets were cleaned. He advised me how to maintain my carpets. He is a very good person committed to his work. The best one I have ever had. He should get a raise. This is my third year with Zerorez and it is the best decision I have made for excellent carpet care. Yes, Zerorez!

I was amazed at how clean and what a spectacular job and how personable everyone was.
The service tech was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. He was very courteous, professional and worked quickly. Two of the bedrooms carpets were extremely dirty and I was amazed how clean he got them.
I felt the service tech had good customer service. I was disappointed with the work that was done in most all the rooms in our home. The amount of $232.00 was not worth the outcome and results we saw in the carpets the following day. We are getting ready to sell our home and in some areas of the rooms we see two shades of carpet. You can make it right by refunding me a portion of the money paid. I heard good things about Zerorez mainly from John Jay and Rich from the radio station and wanted to try you guys out, but was disappointed with what I received. The work preformed equals the quality of work that we would have done if we had rented a steam vacuum but at a much cheaper price.

I am so thrilled with your service. My carpet looks brand new again. I had used a different cleaning company before and was so disappointed. Zerorez took care of the problem area, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things as he went along. I can't thank you enough for such great service and my tile is next! Yay!!

I like that my carpet seems fluffier than previous cleanings. I also liked how you were able to fit me in post-holidays. I did not give you a 10 because other carpet cleaning companies moved my furniture (and put it back) which your company does not do. I also did not like that you nickel and dime me for special treatments, a hallway verses a room. It's petty. Lastly, you do not accept American Express. You should want to attract high-end customers that carry Amex.
We made arrangements while being out of town to have Zerorez come in in our absence and clean our carpets. I arranged for a neighbor to let them in, unbeknownst to them did they know we have cameras in our home, hidden cameras. It was a younger thinner guy, and a larger man, thicker, who spent the majority of his time, looking at his phone, and with his hands in his pockets, watching the other man work. Possibly this was a training scenario, I don't really care. But upon arriving home this evening, 12/30/17, the carpets look HORRIBLE, dirty in the traffic areas. I made sure the furniture was up and out of the way, moved to tile locations when possible. But the photos I have show the dirt still in the carpet. Our carpet is a few years old, but has a LIFETIME warranty on stain, and wear. Our end of the deal is to have the carpet professionally cleaned once a year, and also we clean our home every other week with a professional cleaning service, as we vacuum the other weeks.
In closing, My wife is a real estate Agent, I have a Home repair business, we are asked quite often on recommendations for services. Prior to this event, I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning, as I have boasted in the past they do a great job, usually!!! I also left a $20 tip an envelope, and asked my neighbor who let them in to give it to them in the beginning, so they would know I appreciate a Thorough job. I'm sorry I did that now.
