Robert showed up before expected time frame! he helped me previously on a different house and was professional! Inspected carpets and didn’t sell me something I didn’t need. Carpets looked awesome after completion! I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

My carpets look AMAZING! And the best thing about it is there are no chemicals used nor a chemical smell..... and that was VERY important to me. Jared did my carpets and he was the best! Professional and friendly at the same time. This was my first experience with Zerorez and I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to clean their carpets.

My carpet is 15 Years old, I was just trying to buy some time before replacing it. Since Xerorez cleaned it, I like it again. All the years I’ve paid other companies to clean my carpets, I’ve never had an excellent result like I’ve had with Zerorez. Excellent!

List prices of options prior to employee arrival. I feel like I was getting upsold, would have been nice to know the cost of all possible options for the sofa to be treated.
Excellent service ... representative David was punctual, polite, professional, experienced and efficient ... could not have asked for a better experience.
Only one area of disappointment ... my round shag run looked beautiful for one day, then gradually, some of the stains began reappearing ... not sure why. It still looks cleaner, but the stains are annoyingly present. Perhaps they will come out with a second treatment ??
Regardless, I will definitely be using your service again this coming year.

They seemed to do a good job. The wool carpet buckled but flattened out when it dried. Looks nice.
Didn't get the the high traffic areas clean. Left the carpet soaking wet. I had to go over it with my Bissel carpet cleaner to try to remove some of the excess muddy water. I pulled 2 gallons of water out of the carpet. A day later and the carpet is still not dry. It was so wet that the carpet started to buckle up in about six areas. It still has not shrunk back done in several areas.
Your system does not clean dirty carpet.
We are very happy with the results of your service. The technician was up front with us about
certain places on the rug which may not be resolved. Most of them came out perfectly.
The sofa looks brand new and so we are glad of that.
My carpet was dingy. I had not had it cleaned as yet and I had lived here for a year. I was very worried. But carpet came out beautifully!! Will definitely use again

Very happy with the service. Everything smells clean and looks good.
This was my 2nd time using you and I find your service and techs to be really good. Unfortunately this time we had heavy dog urine to be extracted and the tech Andrew was very clear about no guarantees. He clearly did a good job and showed me his progress throughout the service. However, less than 2 days later we could again smell the pet urine odor - of course following some rain which he had explained to us that humidity makes it worse. It's not as pungent however it remains, with the odor popping up every couple of days. Which alas has affected some of us with sniffling so we use that room less - it's my bedroom and the favorite place for my grandson and me to play. Not sure if there's anything else that can be done? We were hoping to replace sections of the pad and didn't know that wasn't a service you offered.
