On time, great job, great customer service! Carpets a clean and dried fast too !
We had 4 rooms of carpet and a 8x11 rug and the technician was in and out of here in an hour and 5 minutes. He moved very quickly over all the carpeted areas and from what I know about cleaning and vacuuming carpet you move over the carpet back and forth slowly to grab everything. The carpet and rug appeared that day to look better, but now it just looks the same. I was told that the rug would need to be cleaned outside to protect my laminate floor from any heat damage that is used during the cleaning process. The guy proceeded to clean inside the home on our laminate floors and when I brought up what the office girl said he said they don't know what their talking about this is fine. I told him okay but if my floors get damaged I expect zerorez to be responsible. I asked him if he could tell if there was pet pee on any areas and he said yes and told me at the completion of the job there were NONE. However, I get an email after he leaves stating, "Today while cleaning your carpet we diagnosed the need for biological treatments due to urine, feces, blood, or vomit. After thoroughly test ....." This is conflicting information. Also, I asked if I could see how dirty the carpet was by seeing the water after the cleaning and this was kind of not answered or addressed. I think the price was good, but I highly doubt I will use this process again. The technician said he's been doing this for 11 years, but it just didn't seem that way. It seemed he was focused on getting in and out quickly. He was very nice, polite and well mannered and dressed : ) If anything I appreciate the professional appearance of your technicians.
Both men providing the service were great! Very courteous, professional, and efficient. Couldn't be happier. I'll have Zerorez back in the spring.
I liked that the staff were knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job. I wanted to give a tip due to the caliber of their work but was told tips were unacceptable. I understood that the under-handed behavior of past employees resulted in this rule. However, I do think this is unfair for those that are diligent and take pride in what they do.

I have used them 3 times now and everytime I am so thankful I called zerorez! My carpets look great! They come when they say they will. They are courteous and thorough. My carpets stay clean for a loing time. Thank you, zerorez
No one told me that I had to vacuum BEFORE the carpets were cleaned! This is absolutely insane that a carpet cleaning service doesn't do this. I've used 2-3 others, and none of them do this. I would have NEVER agreed to use Zerorez if this had been shared with me -- I did not have the time and ended up deep vacuuming for two hours and missed 4 hours of work - I am the CEO of a nonprofit and incredibly busy.

carpet was left too wet. either dry more while cleaning or provide blowers to help the drying process. I'm talking e days and carpet isn't fully dry yet, huge inconvenience.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was very cordial and professional. He did an outstanding job cleaning our tile. It looks like new. We will definitely be using this company in the future.
