On time, technician Robert Holt was very knowledgeable on the products/services. We will be getting our tile done in the future and plan on requesting him as our neighbors were also very happy with his service. Great job

I was very happy with Trey, the technician. He did a great job. What I was not happy about was the fact that he was over 2 hours later than scheduled. He was supposed to be here between 10am-12pm and if I had never called, I don't think I would have gotten an update. I had to call about 3 times to find out when he would bet here. Again, I believe it was a scheduling issue rather than the work done.

Everyone was so polite and professional. Peter was on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He did an excellent job and my carpet looks brand new. He took the time to answer some questions I had and was very polite. It's so rare to find good service these days I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will definitely use them again.
