Your cleaner did a good job and we have used you folks before, but didn't need a hard sell on the upgraded solution for $40. Im sure your people are asked to do that with each customer.

Showed up when promised. Technician did a great job addressing the issues and requests I made, and the result was quite good. The other thing I like is how quickly the carpeting dries. I would highly recommend Zerorez to orhers, and already have to a good friend. I am very pleased indeed!

It does a better job of taking the dark areas out of the carpet than other methods and it leaves the carpet much cleaner. It was obvious there was no residue and that alone made it feel fresher and cleaner. We were very pleased.
