What I like best about Zerorez is the friendly customer service! From the person who called to verify the date and time I booked on line to the person calling that the tech was on his way to clean our carpets. The tech who arrived was very professional- went through the rooms with me - discussed the price. The young man who cleaned our carpets did an outstanding job! They have never looked so good!!!
I also love to wash my windows and engineered wood floors with your water!! Highly recommend you to all my friends! Name removed

The technician that you sent was really good. He explained your products well and did a very good job.
However, the office that handled this, did not do a good job. It is because he did so well that I would recommend Zerorez. They didn't bother to call me to book the times until 6:15pm on Friday night. I had booked Monday so that I would not have to deal with setting the times up during Sabbath. Since she didn't call until late on Friday, I ended up having to call her back on Sabbath.
I called her back immediately after she called me and I got a message that the office was closed and no one was available to speak with me. Since it was my Sabbath, I didn't call on Saturday, but attempted to call on Sunday. I got the message that Zerorez was closed. I left a message stating that it was very important that the carpet be cleaned on Monday.
Apparently, they had gone ahead and booked it for 10am. I received a call very early at 7:30 am asking if they could come early as they had a cancellation. In the end that worked out well for me as it could dry all day. I hope that in the future, the local office does a better job at scheduling. It so happens that is what I do for a living and handle 60 staff members. There isn't a reason for this to be so complicated.
