Your field rep was neither polite nor properly respective of my clients wishes. If ì am going to use your carpet cleaning service to handle the needs of my clients I need to see a higher demonstration of a desire to serve said client. This was certainly not the case with this field operative. He would not be allowed back

I like that your company does not use harsh chemicals or soaps that leave a residue. My carpets feels like new after they are cleaned. Your technicians are courteous, polite and do a great job each time I've had them in my house.

We just moved in to a new home, the tile and grout were horrible. Zerorez got the the black grout back to a pretty light gray and the representative they sent out out was thorough and fast, he also gave me tips on how to keep my floors looking thier best. I love my new floor and will definitely use Zerorez again

My cleaner, Mike (I think that is his name as I'm bad with names and I thought this survey would have come much sooner [when I did remember his name]) was very professional, courteous, and did a terrific job! He made sure he did NOT ruin my couch as I was unsure if it was micro-fiber or a worn suede leather, as I had removed the tags from the couch and could not remember. I felt at ease with Mike in my house and he ABSOLUTELY did a terrific job. He said ZeroRez may contact me in a year to remind me to schedule another cleaning. That would be much appreciated, you, ZeroRez, and Mike, are much appreciated and welcome back.

Tech was very accomplished. Carpet was cleaned beyond expectations.
Effectiveness
First of all the technology is the best available! Beyond that is the employee who represent the company. I had an 8:00 am appointment scheduled for weeks and while the first technition arrived on time he spent an hour trying to get the correct water pressure. Then after one hour he stated that he had to take the van back to the shop an see if he could get it repaired. At about 10:30am the technition called and stated a different technition would call when he leave the job he was on and advise a time when the new tech would arrive. at 11:30 the replacement tech called and stated he would be to my location at approximatly 12:30pm. Our office was empty and I sat there for 4 and a half hours with nothing to do except wait. I was not a happy camper at the time Mark Miller arrived and he had not been informed of the situation by dispatch. Matt was caring and started work immediatly with his phone in one hand and the cleaning equipment in the other called his supervisor asking Flexiblity Discount. Matt never took a break until the job was complete. Matt's personality, attention to detail, and his work ethic is second to none.
Matt is my vote for employee of the year as he saved the day and made me a returning customer.
