My tile & grout look like a miracle happened. Honest to God. Now I'm not ashamed for people to come to the house.
I liked the idea of cleaning my carpets with no soaps and chemicals. Not that I am against them as far as cleaning goes but traditional carpet cleaning has never been able to rinse the carpets well enough in a timely manner, and doing so would cause a great deal of drying time that it is just not feasible to do. Your solution to carpet cleaning is a much better alternative. I do wish however that I would be able to get an appointment closer than 1 month. I know this means you are very busy and everybody likes more business, but waiting such a long time was not convenient for me so I just put it off longer.
I wrote my comments on the front end as I did not see this. Please look for them but I will
repeat that you should have your workers wear masks.

My tile is approximately 12 years old. We installed it ourselves and sealed all the grout. We have never had it professionally cleaned, so it was really needed, even though it was cleaned and mopped on a weekly basis. I was very skeptical even calling to make the appointment, but thought I should give it a try after reading all the reviews. I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED!!! I could tell a difference even before the grout had completely dried. It was like the sparkle was back in my tile and my grout was almost back to it's original color. The next morning, I was even more impressed. I am so very happy with the results that I will definitely recommend it to others and I will be calling again next September when you run your special. I will also request Tanner should he still be with your company. Again, AWESOME JOB!!!
My carpet is 14 years old and when Zerorez was finished it looks like a new carpet. Your technician Hayden Hurst was on time and took the time to explain to me about your products and service. He also answered all my questions and assured me that he would come back if there was anything that I was unhappy with. I have recommended your company to several of my friends. Hayden is a great technician and I appreciated his promptness and knowledge.
We like how the carpet feels and how quickly it dries. The carpet has always looked nice when they are finished. The service person is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Your cost is above what most of my friends could afford. I ended up spending quite a bit more than I expected when adding protectant and water cleaner.
Professional and really knew his job and able to explain what he was doing and how it worked.
My husband loved the fact that no chemicals were used.
You guys get the job done. Great quality and the service was fantastic all the way around.
Rep was very thorough and asked me if everything was good? I asked him to clean a few more areas which he did.
The technicians were courteous & informative.. they listened to what my concerns were and advised what would work best & did not try to force any additional services.. they did an awesome job cleaning my carpet.. I was amazed at how good my carpet looked just after the preparation before the actual cleaning.. I had thought at one time to go with other companies & my friends also suggested other companies.. I am so glad that I didn't & stayed with Zerorez!! I will be scheduling them to come back out to clean my three bedrooms.
