Friendly, knowledgeable staff, did A+ cleaning job on both the carpets and tile/grout cleaning. Would recommend them to all my friends and familywithout hesitation.

The technician was very professional BUT... I cleaned an area to ensure the grout would come clean (we are empty nesters so it wasn't really that dirty). when he came in I asked if he could get the high traffic areas as clean as the spot I cleaned in the same area. He assured me he could and gave me the "speech". He then sold me on deep penetrating sealer for $160. Long story short, the grout is not as clean as the area I clean, in fact, some areas you couldn't tell were even cleaned. The "deep penetrating sealer" was two cans of spray that he applied at one time. That took about 15 minutes. $416 later I wasn't happy. When I asked him about the areas that didn't appear clean, he said it takes time for it to dry. Then he asked me how old the grout was as if to say that was the problem. If I can get the grout clean with a brush then why can't you get the grout clean with your advertised super-duper cleaning process.
Next time, I'll clean my own grout and take the $400 and buy myself something. No I would not use the service again and would not recommend it.

There are certain areas not cleaned very well also . Floor is crunchy feels like it has residue on it

I had asked for Paul who had done my carpet before and the person said she checked his schedule and that was who I would get. The day of the appointment I was told someone else was on his way. I asked what happened to Paul no response. Disappointing. I had asked for him because he did such a great job. The person who showed up with his trainee was polite and wanted to do a good job but I still have spots and there was smell. Not the case when Paul did the work.
Best rug cleaning job I have ever had done. Will recommend Xerorez to all my friends.

Your service was recommended by my friend, Shirley Guilbault, who has used your service previously at her home. I appreciated the prompt arrival of the technician (there was a cancellation, so he was even able to come a bit earlier). He understood my confusion about the change in pricing quoted on the phone, and thoroughly explained the changes in the bill that were necessary (as the sectional I booked to be cleaned was entered as a sofa, despite my using the word "sectional" during the telephone call). He was very professional in both appearance and demeanor, and represented your business very well indeed.
Used your company for the first time last week and had a great experience. It was easy to schedule to the appointment and when they came they worked very hard to make it possible to clean my carpets, turned out my condo unit was outside the standard distance needed. They could easily told me they couldn't clean but instead they figured out a way to make it work. The carpets were very dirty and lots of pet stains but they did a great job cleaning them and they look great. Thank you so much.

I have heard great things about your company and perhaps had my expectations too high. My carpet looked mediocre after the services but I figured that was because of the age of my carpet. I had a tile guy come steam my grout the next day and he ended up re-treating my carpet. It looks amazing. Its just unfortunate that he charges a fraction of the cost and the difference is night and day.
You guys have great customer service and worked hard, but unfortunately, didn't get the grout clean in my kitchen. I was disappointed in the results for the price.

I had several badly stained areas on my carpet, however the technician was able to get them out after the first cleaning attempt. And, there were no chemical odors I will definitely be using this company again; as well as recommend them.

My carpet didn't come out as nice as I anticipated and it kind of left a funny smell so I'm not happy. The stairs look really bad after the cleaning.

When making the appointment let customer know that it will take 4 to 8 hours to dry, maybe more.
I have a small place and I wanted to put something on the legs of my table, couch and chair and move them so that the carpet could be cleaned underneath as well. I was told that the company discourages that because it could stain the carpet. Provide booties for this and allow for customers to do this, it would have taken my son and I a few minutes to move.
