Josh did a great job with both our carpeting and tile! He was efficient and professional!
Some of my grout was not all the way cleaned, it literally took the guy like 25 minutes to clean the place, I feel like he should have at least spent a few more minutes on the grout for me to pay 200 dollars for his service. Also he broke the door stop and I was suppose to hear from management and never did. We replaced it ourselves but overall I was just not that impressed by the services.
All pet stains and odor are eliminated. Staff is friendly and professional.
Trey did an amazing job cleaning the grout in our tile which was black and after he was done, it was back to it's original color. The carpet also looked and felt much better.

The technician that arrived was friendly and efficient. Services were explained ahead of time so I knew what to expect, and that’s what was delivered.
The carpet doesn't look as clean as I expected it might look. The tile is dull and blotchy. The sealer was smeared across the tile after it was sprayed on. This left the tile looking dull. I didn't like the sealer application method. I immediately went over all of the tile with a Swiffer - it will take many more Swiffer cleanings to get the blotchy look out of the tile. Dirt that was released by the impowered water was pushed into corners and left along the edges. I had to go over all of the tile, along the edges, and scrub this dirt up.
The work and the people who do it are good. My carpets and furniture look so much better!
The tile floor looked great the day it was done but by the 2nd day the grout began to look dirty again in certain places
Extremely pleased with technician Trey and how thorough he was. This time I had the extra application put on after the suction phase so will be interested to see if it repels oil and keeps the carpet cleaner longer.

The score for the technician is a 10. However, we were disappointed that the process itself didn't clean our carpets better.
It would be nice to have a solution to help get out stains in the carpet.
