I was not please with the results of my white carpet. Once it was dry, the carpet was hard and crunchy to touch even after vacuuming. It also now has a grey finish and looks like it was cleaned with dirty water. Very, very dissatisfied. I understand that white carpet dulls with age and wear but the difference that you cleaners made was horrible, even on the areas that has no traffic at all is shades darker. Plus the entire floor now looks streaky. I have heard great things about your company but I feel this time you dropped the ball. I was surprised how fast they finished that room but now I understands. Very poor job.

Even though first scheduled appointment between 3 and 5 on Monday no one showed up, no call, text, no nothing. I waited till 6 for tech then it was too late to call the office. After being on hold for quite awhile next day dispatcher said tech was in an accident......after rescheduling for Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 4 at 3:30 tech was 20 minutes away. Half an hour later dispatcher called back to say tech was in an accident......hum. But I would have a tech soon and she was right.

Generous discount was offered.

So what I like about Zerorez is they eventually get the job done and with an awesome tech who didn't waste any time.
