Our tech was AWESOME! He did a great job and was very personable. Our time window was 8-12. I called at 1130 and they said the new window was 11-1. Our tech ended up coming at 130. So that part was a little frustrating but not sure what was going on. Either way our tech made up for it!

I told you to call me so I could pay for it, you never called me and made my mother pay. When the technician arrived he wasnt even aware of what he was doing for the house, thought he was doing all carpet and no tile. The carpets dont even look any cleaner than before.

One bedroom was not thoroughly washed because there was a small chair that could have been resit moved.. there was cat spray all around it and i had showed it specifically to him. Otherwise he did a nice job

Carpet AND tile come out much cleaner, fresher, without residue (OH, that's what ZeroRex means!). There is no fragrance or perfume smell, just clean.

The tech we had was wonderful... Our carpets were finished around 6:30 pm and it was 2 days before they were completely dry. I also heard on your advertisements you didn't have the crunch sound like most carpet cleaners. We do have this still in some of the areas. Not sure why?

I honestly expected that ALL stains & 'traffic' areas etc. would be gone after your process (which is why I went with your company and why it seemed worth it to me to pay more than double what I could have gotten my carpets cleaned for through Healthy Living Carpet & Tile Cleaning) but they aren't all gone.
They only charge $60 to clean my sofa and another $20 to scotchguard it.... your price to just clean it was quoted to me as $130.00 so I didn't do it.
I must say that the technician who came to our home and did the actual work was awesome and I would give him a "10" for sure, I think his name was Jose. He was a VERY hard worker etc.
Zerorez cleans my carpet very well. I have a lot foot traffic and they able to remove the stains.
You guys were awesome to work with. Great customer service, technician did a fabulous job. Would absolutely use you again in the future.
