You are way to expensive!!! I used to be a PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED CARPET TECHNICIAN. I would measure areas I cleaned then charge by the square footage I cleaned not charge for the entire room if I were doing open areas. The price charged for both showers was way out of line $40.00 for each shower. I would have charged $40.00 dollars for both. The spray on for protection for the tile in the kitchen I would have sprayed smaller areas, then used the tool to spread it out on the tile. Not spray the entire kitchen then walk over the area using the tool to spread out the chemical used for protection. You say it is guaranteed for 3 to 5 years I am not sure if that will last a year the way it was done. The Technician only took 2 hours based on $250 per hour I think it was over priced. Your Technician was only following the guidelines outlined by your company. This was a one time learning experience I regret using your company. Your advertisement on the radio called for $129.00 for 3 rooms. I had my master bath small areas of tile with tile on the shower floor only, open area carpet in the master bedroom, open area kitchen tile, open area living room, path around the guest bedroom on the side, front of the bed small walking path, guest bath room, small area that separates the guest bath room from the washer/ dryer area the tile was cleaned both areas, guest bedroom open area. Both of these rooms were charged as if he moved the furniture, only open area cleaned. In one guest room 2 chairs were moved, living room coffee table and 1 chair moved I helped the technician move back and open area in the den area along with the kitchen table. I will not recommend nor use your services again. I think the price should have been around $275.00 at most. I am not upset with the technician I am upset with the way you advertise on the radio. When I called I was told the technician would measure the areas cleaned. I thought he would use a tape measure not his feet to calculate the number of square feet cleaned. When I cleaned I always used a tape measure and calculator to make sure I charged a fair price for my customers therefore getting repeat calls not only from them, but other business from word of mouth they told to their friends and relatives. I never did try taking advantage of customers especially if I wanted repeat customers. I am not sure if you can make things right. I believe in pleasing my customer. It is not your technician fault the way he charged. You may want to rethink how you train your technicians if you want to have repeat customers and word of mouth goes a long way in your type of business. It can make or break you. If you continue to over charge you won't ever get repeat business.

This is the first time I've had professional carpet cleaning services. With this company it won't be the last. It was more expensive than l thought it would initially be, but so worth it. My carpets look amazing, they feel wonderful . Very soft, even when they were drying they weren't sticky or hard and no icky smells. From any chemicals or any crud. Which is very important to me because I have asthma. I'm very happy with my decision to have hired this company
Grout did get clean
Not moving any furniture is an issue. Very difficult for aging people to move even small items out of way. I can understand sofas and large cabinets since it normally requires 2 or move people to move which doesn't fit your crew size of 1 person that comes out.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets and tile 3 or 4 different times and will continue to use them when we need our floors cleaned. We like that no "products" are used in the cleaning process and everything seems soooo CLEAN when they are finished. We also appreciate the professional service people who do the work. Yesterday a young man by the name of Hayden cleaned our floors and we were very happy with his work. We've always been happy with the Zerorez workers!

I had great service 2 years ago which is why I decided to use this service again. The technician back then was professional and thorough. This time the cleaning wasn't nearly as thorough. Plenty of spots where the grout didn't get cleaned all the way. Also, many foot prints were left everywhere including a room that wasn't even being serviced! I spent a lot of money to then have to clean the grout that was missed on my hands and knees and re-mop the floor to get all the foot prints off. I did say I needed to leave by 5 or 5:15 so the technician may have felt rushed, but that left 2 1/2 hours to complete the job and he ended up leaving before 5 anyway. I hate to leave a bad review especially because I can tell the technician was trying, but definitely was disappointed to spend so much money only to have to clean the floors again. Will probably opt searching for a different company for grout cleaning next time.
The caroets are cleaned and dry fast.

Quality work, on time, and pleasant personell
More care should betaken to to make claims that cannot be fulfilled such as not crunchy regarding after service. My carpet was gone over twice following a poor review and the carpet is still crunchy in areas. The stain removal treatment also needs better approach I have multiple pet stains if you advertise that stains that have been pre treated with products that change color cannot be returned to original state might be helpful in the future. Also offering carpet dying for stained areas might also benefit and further your services.
