My experience with Zerorez was very good. Robert was the tech sent to our home, and he was very professional and personable. Robert did a great job explaining everything to us. Our carpets came out really nice and I am relieved because the alternative if this did not work was to replace our flooring. The only reason I am giving a 9 out of 10 is because I heard about Zerorez on a radio station advertising 3 rooms for $129.00. I thought that is what I would be paying, unfortunately, to get our carpets cleaned the way they needed to along with applying a protectant after, I ended up paying more than double. Again, I am happy the carpets are clean and I am happy with the service, I just wish I knew ahead of time there may be additional charges.

Kyle was very nice, professional, and informative. He did a fantastic job on our carpet. I would use zerorez again and would request for him to come back out for the job. We had our tile done a different day (the day before carpet) and I couldn't even tell you his name, but he backed into our driveway and the van hit the roof of our carport and when asked about it he brushed it off and said it wasn't that hard because it didn't do anything to his van. This was our first experience with zerorez and it left us a little offput-the tile looks great though. But, when Kyle came out the nect day to do the carpet he more and made up for the shaky initial experience with the first tech and because of the great job and his personality, I would totally use zerorez again!

I had heard how great zerorez was and was excited about using them . Their was nothing special about it. My husband asked the tech about the traffic area .He didn't even offer to go over it again and try and get rid of it. He said ... When it drys it will be lighter. So we spent almost two hundred dollars... Then my husband hand scrubbed the carpet in the traffic area because it looked so bad. So no I will not be recommending them or using them again!
This service leaves my carpet the cleanest it has been since it was new. It cleans fabulous. Will positively use it again.
