It never leaves a chemical smell. Technicians are friendly and takes time to explain services and possible options without pressure to purchase.

Tour employs are always so polite and nice to work with. The carpet always looks better than anyone else has ever been able to do.
The technician was very courteous. He did the prep work, protected the hall wall corners, sprayed the high traffic areas with pre-treat. The carpeting dried with no crunch or stiffness.
As a company you could improve with some more price points. I was informed that my loft is 304 sq ft, but ZeroRez constitutes a room as 300 sq ft. While the technician wasn't going to charge me an additional room charge this time, next time they would. Having to pay a whole additional room charge for 4 sq ft seems a bit excessive. It would be nice to see some price levels, a room charge up to 300 sq ft, then maybe an extra charge for each additional foot, or levels (1-20 ft, 21-40 ft, etc).
My next 2 concerns have to do more with training and quality of technicians. First, the space behind bedroom/closet doors was not cleaned; tech should have closed doors to access this space. Second, a large puddle of water was left on my tile floor after he collected all his equipment. He might not have been able to see it, but he should know his equipment leaks/drains and a puddle is likely and thus notify the client of this possibility.
Another point of concern I have could be an issue with the technician or it could be a complete coincidence. I gave my debit card to the technician to complete the transaction on what appeared to be his cell phone. He did not give me any information regarding the security of the transaction, and I taking it for granted did not ask. I had not used my debit card the previous day (Wednesday), only used my card for the Zerorez transaction on the day of service (Thursday), and I did not use it the following 2 days (Friday/Saturday). Sunday morning I received a call from the Fraud Dept of my bank. Multiply charges from Lyft were made using my card number. I have no proof, and I am not accusing your tech, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it crossed my mind that he somehow captured my card number for himself. I am not saying your technician did anything wrong, but it does strike me as suspicious. My whole point to this is: Zerorez might look into a more secure way of completing transactions, or instructing technicians on how to give more information about the security of the process. Of course I learned that I need to be more observant when someone is inputting my card information.

Floor was not clean, there were so many spots to clean up, I called and asked to have the technician come back and clean them. He did and he said the grout would look splotchy for a day or two, it has been over a week and it is still splotchy. The grout never was cleaned well. I have talked to someone at Zereorez about this and they said they would get back to me but they have not.

I've been hearing about Zerorez on the radio for sometime and finally got it done! The carpet was cleaned for the first time after 8 years and it looked and felt great walking on it after it dried. Also grateful there were wall guards avoiding any damage while the tech went from room to room. Dillon did a great job and gave us some good tips to boot! Would highly recommend this company.
