Courteous technician. Explained work to be performed in detail and addressed my concerns. Re-cleaned one area on my kitchen tile (on his hands and knees) that did not come as clean as I wanted. Very thorough. Not pushy sales but very informative of options.

Nick was the senior tech on the job. He was very good at explaining the steps in the process and choices I had. I never felt pressure to buy more services. He and Brian worked very hard the entire time they were here and did a great job.

I like that the process is clean and there is no residue left behind. The technicians were very responsible.

Colt was a joy. He arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly but was very sensitive about not marring furniture and railings. I would recommend Zerorez.

I just didn't feel that the results were worth the money. The tools utilized did not get into corners very well either. In addition to that I specifically told the receptionist I work from home and available at 2pm. Instead I received several calls interrupting my work day, trying to ask if they can come early. I work on the phones for a living so I couldn't answer. Instead of waiting till my regular scheduled appointment the technician started knocking on my door hours earlier than scheduled while I was working.

Technician was great and spent the time and effort to make some old flooring look good again. Personable but stuck to the work at hand. Very nice.

Very nice technicians but too pricey for the quality and amount of work. Other companies charge less and move furniture and vacuum before cleaning Rugs do not look clean even in the non stained areas. Unable to get stains out without paying more money which they don't advertise or mention when making the online appointment. Previous cleaners were able to at least remove stains temporarily. Some stains look worse than before they cleaned. So I feel like I wasted my time and money
