The service was quite efficient. I was forewarned that the technician was available early so I had him arrive early (though I wasn't yet ready, as it would turn out, but he was quite accommodating). He came in and quickly did everything I paid to have done. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the whole process was, though I feel like some quality was sacrificed in the effort to work efficiency. While certain pet spots on the carpet were pulled up, the smell remained, which isn't a reflection on the tech as I did not pay the extra for the specific pet treatment, however it did seem like he missed the areas nearest to the walls. I also had a room of tile done in the hopes that one particular spot could be cleaned. Unfortunately, that spot was only partly brought up. I think an extra moment or two on that area would have gotten the job done. All things considered, I got what I paid for though I feel like I might try to use a rug doctor in the future for myself, though I will recommend this service to anyone in the market.

I had my carpet and tile done.
My carpet still has stains that I was told you could get out.
When the teck started my tile, he only used the scrubbing machine and DID NOT use the tile brush to get in the corners were the machine could not get. Halfway thru he stated that the tile would not get clean and I told him he needed to use the grout brush so he went to his truck and brought one. This was only after I told him he needed to do this. He then scrubbed about 3 or 4 grout lines and said the tile would not come clean. I told him to forget it and to clean up and leave.
Obviously he did not want to clean the tile because he only wanted to do the bare minimum. My house was in disarray because he was to clean the tile and carpet.
I had to call another company that moved there schedule around to come to my house on Sunday morning at 7am to clean my tile. They did it the correct way and it looks great.

I hear a lot of commercials about how you are the best and that there is no stain you cannot take out well my carpet looks like it was just vacuumed and not cleaned.

Very disappointed and will never use you again or recommend you.

Great customer service and fair pricing.

Need to improve your customer service. We had confirmed an appt for Saturday to clean our tile floors. They were to come 2-4pm and at 1:45 we had not heard anything so called office we were told that 2 empl had not showed up and we were pretty much screwed. If employees had not arrived for work why were we not contacted earlier in the day. Why did it take us making a phone call to find out Apparently we were being blown off. We are both seniors and I'm having hip surgery so moving the furniture that morning was not an easy task. We were not happy with your empl response so asked to talk to a manager and she also came across that there was nothing she could.do. It was only after we got angry that she said she would see what they could do. Amazing how she all of a sudden had a cancellation and they would have someone out that afternoon. If they had called first thing that morning we would have ubderstood . you need to be proactive when problems arrive and work with your customers trying to solve the issues.

Friendly, courteous technicians and good service. James was great. Your offer to mix and match tile or carpet cleaning was perfect because I wanted to try the grout cleaning. I chose 1 room of grout cleaning with 2 rooms of carpet. I was skeptical about how clean the grout would get but after I saw how beautiful it was, I had James clean all my tile. I was literally astonished that the tile grout looks like new. Absolutely beautiful! Great job zerorez!

Distruction of property (staircase/banister) chipped/removed paint with the hose.
We now have to spend money to repaint.
