The technician was kind and worked quickly. He remembered my name and used it when appropriate. I had a lot going on that day, including a loud barking dog that I wasn't sure where to put. He was patient with me.
My score is not a 10 because even though on the call when they said 'the technician will evaluate to see if the rug is wool' they still wanted to charge me the wool rate when the technician told them it was not. They said they listened to the call, and if that had been true they would have heard me not be sure what type of rug it was. That was extremely frustrating as the prices are very different. The technician adjusted the rate for me and that is the only reason I will return next year. You can't charge for apples when your giving oranges!

Really clean carpets... no smell or residue... driest carpets I've seen right after being cleaned. Courteous people!
I love how my carpet is not wet after it is cleaned. I had my sectional cleaned for the first time and it looks brand new again!

Great customer service and knowledgeable about the product.
Thought the technician was outstanding. He was quiet mannered and friendly. He asked questions and listened to our suggestions. He was knowledgeable and good at explains was he was going to do. He worjpked quickly. The carpeting and the tile floors look and feel clean.

When the cleaning was booked it was explained that the back plates of stairs are part of the stair cleaning process. This did not happen during the service. The carpet has a strong wet pet odor in one staircase and landing since cleaning... over 24 hours - which was not present before the cleaning. This area did not have any biological issues and only had oil from pet's hair in which I explained to the technician. It was never recommended to have a pet treatment done to the area. Technician was on site nearly an hour. Timely response to invoice concerns, scheduling and follow up are great and why I would say 3 - but results are not as promised from website and advertising.
Very professional and would recommend to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks for a great job well done.

Best affordable carpet cleaning.
We have used Zerorez for our rental property and our residence over the past several years. On December 29th 2017 We had them cleaned again but on this particular day, we had the pleasure of having Tanner as our tech. He did something we had never seen before in our previous cleanings. He brought in this brushing machine that he used to fluff the carpets between the Pre treatment and the actual cleaning of the carpet. We had never seen this process done before.
Out of curiosity we asked what he was doing. His reply was “I thought you were a return customer.” We said that we were. We used Zerorez over 5 years now. Tanner was blown away that we had never seen this step done before. Tanner then tells us that this is protocol. Every tech should be brushing the carpet after Pre treatment and before the cleaning. He said “I guess some of them just don’t want to take the time to do it.”
Needless to say, we felt a little ripped off on all our previous encounters with Zerorez. So to answer the the question which brought us to this point, would We refer Zerorez? Yes we would. But I would tell them to insist on tanner being their only tech. Our carpets turned out better than they ever have. If I were to call in the future and Tanner was no longer with Zerorez or was not available, We would insist on the tech using the same price of equipment.

It was a little rough to start, our initial request online was never answered, but when I called to make the appointment, the scheduler was very nice and answered all of my questions.
The appointment was set, and on the day of service I got a call several hours prior to my appointment indicating that they had some cancellations and that they could move me up. I agreed to make the appointment 1 1/2 hours earlier than originally scheduled and proceeded to drive across town to make the appointment. I arrived, and waited about 20 minutes before calling the office to find out where the tech was. I was informed that the cancelled appointment wasn't actually cancelled and the tech needed to complete the job before coming to my location.
When the tech did show up, he got right to work and spent a couple of hours working on a full house of carpet and tile. He did a great job and I was surprised that the majority of the stains cam out of the carpet. Thank you Todd.
