Clean and quick
I loved the price. That hooked me in.
But When i saw the fabulous results, that made me a client for life! My carpets look brand new! Your prices are so reasonable, i can afford to do this more often. Also, for the price and results, i'll never do a store machine rental!

Your pricing for three rooms is competitive however charging double for someone to spray protectant over the area cleaned is very expensive. The other deterrent is that you charge for any kind of special treatment of an area. The first time you cleaned my carpet you sent someone out that did not do a good job and the carpets took 26 hours to dry. There were spots left behind so another tech came and you talked me into if you were able to clean my white wool burber carpet in the other part of the house then you wanted to do it then. You actually sent someone who knew the business the second time. There should not have to be a second time.
I would also like the ability to determine the time of day that you come so that we do not have to spend the night in the guest room because the carpets have not dried by 10:00 p.m. because you completed the job at 3:15.
The entire staff and service person were outstanding.

The work was well done and the technician, Kyle was very kind. Phone operator had cancelled the original scheduled event. This caused a great deal of problems. Poor ability to respond and correct this.
