Trey Rogers was a very nice young man. He did an excellent job cleaning the sofa and the carpet. When I need my carpet cleaned again I will request for Trey Rogers.

The carpet technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had requested a 10 am appointment since my mother is 84 years old and they accommodated my request the 1st time.

Great customer service. Joel was friendly and courteous. No harsh chemical smells. Did a fantastic cleanup job on tile and carpet that had dog urine and coffee stains. Highly recommend.

Cleanest my carpets have ever been after a professional service. The other guys just don't compare. The guy took longer and was more detailed. I wish I would have called zerorez sooner.
