Our 13-1/2 year old carpeting was just shampooed br Zerorez and it is beautiful! We are so pleased with the way it turned out.
My husband and I do not wear shoes in our home and only company don't remove their's. There was only one area in front of one of the love seats that showed soilage. When the technician checked the carpeting, I called it to his attention. When he was finished with the cleaning, there was absolutely no trace of soilage.
I truly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs. My next venture with them will be cleaning my tile, and this will happen in September. I am definitely looking forward to getting my tile cleaned by Zerorez!

Hi. For one the tech was done very fast. I hope that he put the treatment on and did what he was supposed to. Also, my carpet is only 2 years old. And the tech said that an area in my son's room wouldn't come clean because of wear. He is 17 years old. Not a little kid. My
friend used your company yesterday and she said her carpet looked great. Her carpet is at least 5 years older than mine so I dont understand why he couldn't get the carpet clean??
THE SPOTS THAT WERE THERE BEFORE CLEANING, SHOWED UP AFTER 1 DAY. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I THINK I COULD HAVE DONE AS WELL WITH MY PORTABLE CARPET CLEANER AND SAVED THE MONEY.

The technician was at my place for all of 30 minutes and it cost me $170+. He only went over the couch and rug once (fairly quickly) and there are still faint stains on them both. The technician was friendly and personable, just don't feel that I received a good value for my money when the pieces weren't fully cleaned.

The service people that work for Zerorez are very professional and courteous and polite. They answer any questions that you may have. The carpeting always looks great after the cleaning and lasts much longer than the old way of cleaning with soaps and chemicals.
