It was easy to book online and the technician showed up a bit early.

Had to request that an included stain treatment be used, as the technician was walking out the door. Unclear why I had to push so hard to have a product that a cleaning technician clearly knew he needed to use, but if I didn't request it, he failed to do so.

The tech who came out to my house was great. I never expected all the stains in my teenage boy's room to come out but I was greatly surprised when they did!

The tech Victor was great and friendly. Very knowledgable about the product. My carpet looked brand new and it is 20 years old.

The technicians are friendly and extremely helpful Trey specifically was our carpet tech for the first time we did business with you all. He was such a friendly and helpful person and went out of his way to make sure we had information for future care to our carpets as well as gave us some great tips . Our carpets went from shabby to chic. we will definitely be calling you guys again in six to 10 months.

My Carpets came out beautifully. My tile not so great. You've done the tile before and it has looked great. This time it looks dull and while not dirty almost like it needs to be mopped. It appeared dry, the tech said it was dry and Ok to walk on but when I walked across it I felt My feet were sticking and in one place I could see faint footmarks. I blame it partly on the weather, it was really humid and I thought possibly while it looked OK maybe the sealer wasn't really completely dry. Don't know but while I would definitely have you do the carpets again I doubt I would spend to have the tile done again.

My carpet turned out awesome. I like that there are no chemicals! I really like the zerorez water to clean my stainless appliances. the turn out smudge free!
