I loved the way my carpets look after they were cleaned on Tuesday. They dried very quickly and looked like new carpet. Your technician was excellent. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, was very polite and did a great job of clean up after he finished by wiping around the vinyl that was next to the carpet. I like the feel of the carpet--it is not stiff; it is soft. My next door neighbor came over to see the carpet. She will be calling you to do her carpet. She was very impressed.

I felt the price was fair and your technician measured before he began and gave me the price, which was less than quoted me over the phone based on just an estimate of the square footage.

I was especially pleased that you called when you had an unexpected cancellation and asked if I would be willing to have the carpets cleaned a little earlier than scheduled. This worked so much better for me.

I shall definitely call when my carpet need to be cleaned again.

It was the first time we'd paid to have our carpets cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago. Yikes, I know! We'd cleaned them ourselves with the cleaner you can rent from the store but our carpets haven't looked this good in a long time! The technician was friendly and efficient. The process of getting a quote, to on time arrival, to expert work were a pleasure. So many companies promise something and then don't deliver. Our carpets came out beautifully and Brian completed our job quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service. Our technician, Robert Holt, did an excellent job. We had an area rug cleaned and our tile and grout cleaned. Everything looks brand new.

Be consistent.....every tech is doing it differently and the results vary too much from one tech to another.

Everytime I have Zerorez out the process is different. Some technicians take their time and some rush. Some do pretreat different than others but no one does what they say they are going to do.

Firet time I had them out pretreat was paid for and not done. The tech didn't have any pet pretreat so he used high traffic pretreat......it had to be redone at a later date. When it was redone it was do e very thorough but I only had them redo one small area. That tech said he was a senior tech and to ask for him by name. Ext time and he would make sure it was done right. When I scheduled this cleaning I asked for him by name and didn't get him. He works out of the N. Phx office right by my house but they sent a guy from Gilbert instead....didn't understand that. Why not send the guy I asked for from the office down the street vs. the guy I didn't ask for from across the valley.

I explained how last time the tech used the wrong stuff and aomeone had to come redo it. The tech said the proper waay was to pretreat, rake it in, let it sit and extract. All he did was Apply pretreatment and extract....no rake in, no let it sit. Also, at $45 p/room on tge pretreat, they shouldn't be stingy with the stuff!

45 minutes including setup to pretreat and clean 3 large rooms a two staircases a closet and two landings is too quick.

I just wish that everything was consistent and the delivery was the same. The techs are all super nice and super accomodating but also super inconsistent.

I loved how there was no smell afterwards, though I would have loved a little citrus smell. And the guy never offered me a spot cleaner for my rug to purchased. And now I hate going back to soapy spot cleaner. All in all, great experience and will have you guys out again.

Easy to schedule, pay for and quality of the cleaning job is amazing!! Every technician we've ever had has been terrific. Carpets always come out like new and smells clean without tons of chemical based smell.
