I had 5-6 real dirty areas from heavy traffic.
I really planned on eventually getting some different flooring because those areas looked so bad.

When Randall was done with the cleaning it looked good and the next day after it completely dried it looked even better.

I don't see those stains that were there before.

I'm now going to keep the carpeting I have.

You SAY that your service is 'guaranteed' for 30 days. I called within 1 hour after you leaving to report a spot that was not removed and still evident.
Now your company tells me that to come back out to reclean the spot, I would be charged all over again.
This is awful customer service and not honoring your so called guarantee forces me to give you bad reviews now and into the future. I will do what I can to let everyone I know about your ZERO quality and ZERO concern for doing what you promise to do for the customers who paid you. I will be noting your lack of care about doing the right thing for your customers to the BBB.
