Zerorez lived up to its promos. I scheduled my appointment for five weeks in advance as I was going out of town. I was called two days prior to appointment and given a window. On the day I was called and asked if I could be ready earlier. I said yes. The person who came was extremely polite, knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what was going on.
He went over the service notes when he had finished.
I will definitely be calling Zerorez again.

I love that it is chemical free, safe for pets, kids, AND myself. Also, I like that I know the girls on the phone when I call. They have happy employees which is a good sign. The carpet dries relatively fast which is another perk.
Carpeting looks great! Very personable person Who did the cleaning.
The associate did not use wall protectors and left smudges on all corners. He cleaned one. I have pictures. I paid extra for the sanitizer. It did not work. There is an odor that has not gone away.
When I fell on the wet floor coming down the steps and hurt myself, I am very surprised that no one from your office has yet to call me to see if I am okay. The swelling on my ankle has started to go down. I have kept ice on my knee and ankle and elevated leg.
I don't think that the loft is as clean as it could have gotten.
I would not use you again nor would I recommend your services.
The service technician was on time, he was efficient and friendly. The product cleans extremely well and I would certainly recommend Zerorez.

Service in general was pretty much the same as other carpet cleaning services we've received in the past. The carpets still had a filmy, crunchy feeling that other service providers have which I thought was supposed to be different with zerorez based on advertisements I've heard. It wasn't a bad experience, just comparable to other companies but other companies tend to be cheaper.
On time and very friendly
I realize you don't move furniture but maybe moving chairs or garbage cans that the home owner missed would be nice. I've heard that a competitor does do that and moves furniture.
When the technician arrived I asked him to do the bedroom first. He proceded to do the other area and when he said he was done I stated that he still needed to do the bedroom. He argued with me that he had already done it. I stated that he had not done the room so he pulled the hose back in and ran it across the floor in a oouple of places. You can tell where he put the suction piece and pulled it across the floor. There is a square clean piece of floor. The living room looks good like it usually does after you are done. But now I am going to have to hire another carpet cleaner to clean the bedroom. You folks usually get that looking nice to. But not this time around. Also when I questioned the price for cleaning the tile, he stated that $64.95 was what they had down. I was told that it was twenty cents per linear foot and the charges quoted over the phone were estimates only. Not the case. Needless to say, I was disappointed this time around.

I like that no soap or detergent is used, which can build up on the carpet. The carpet always feels soft after it is cleaned.
I DO NOT like having extra charges applied when the technician comes out. There is an advertised price ie: flash sale of $109.00 for 3 rooms. A price is quoted on the phone when the rooms to be cleaned are stated ($123.00 included tax and disposal fee) . Then the tech comes out and adds on an extra cost because one room is slightly larger. A room is a room. The company should honor the advertised/quoted pricing! My $109.00 for 3 rooms became$169.00--$46.00 over the quoted price. Not happy.

The customer service is great, not only that but, the tech Ishmael called and arrived on the time he stated. Ishmael knows his product and does a fantastic job. Very quick and trustworthy. I didn't feel like I had to watch to make sure things were completed correctly. I highly recommend Zero Rez to everyone. Your product is great and so are your employees. That means a lot. Ishmael gives your company a great frontline 1st impression.

My technician and experience with Zerorez was excellent! I have used another service provider in the past, and honestly, it was such a bad experience I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years. My technician was very friendly, explained everything, all costs up front and even suggested a solution that would save me money in the end. Best part is that my carpet and tile look amazing.

I love that your product is basically water and that my carpet feels so soft after it dry's. You do the BEST when it comes to lifting some of my stains. Very professional team that takes pride in their job!

Service is great, technicians are knowledgeable and the carpets stay clean. Some companies use cleaning products that seem to attract dirt soon after completion. Your product does not leave any residue, and therefore the carpet stay cleaner longer.
